The food and drinks were great, the cauliflower was outstanding and it was the best babaganoush I’ve ever tasted. The portion size on the beet salad was pretty small and the drinks were on the smaller side but still a lovely experience.

Excellent menu. You can tell they put a lot of thought into creating the cocktail and food menu. Bartenders are very friendly. They cut ice from a block by hand! I had the duck, kale salad, and a rum cocktail.

Our server was amazing. She gave us detailed descriptions and recommendations that were spot on! The food was delicious. I love the menu. There are so many great choices and creative dishes! They also have an extensive bar and cocktail list. Great ambiance. Fantastic place for a date, dinner with friends, or a family gathering.

I was expecting to be wowed but it was just okay. Overpriced for sure. The dishes need some editing, especially the dessert with greens on it.

My husband and I visited Handle during a trip to Park City and while I was researching restaurants in the area I knew we had to come here. The experience we had was 5-stars across the board! Our server Dexter was great, he did a wonderful job explaining the menu and had the perfect balance of being attentive without overdoing it. We started with the Hamachi Crudo and the Bok Choy with Pork Belly which were both excellent. For our mains we had the fried chicken which had the most incredible crispy crust and a kick of spice, as well as the Wagyu Coulotte which we ordered med-rare and was cooked to absolute perfection, it was tender and the flavor with with mushrooms and gravy was delicious!
The attention to detail in the sauces and accompaniments alongside great quality proteins for all the dishes we had were wonderful. The cocktails are also unique and delicious. We would absolutely recommend booking a reservation and eating at Handle on your trip to Park City!

We had been wanting to dine here for a while but were hesitant, fearing a mediocre experience—and unfortunately, that’s exactly what we got. Their website describes the restaurant as serving "American cuisine, driven by the seasons, with locally sourced ingredients at peak freshness." They claim to offer a balanced and thoughtfully crafted menu, transforming familiar flavors in a lively atmosphere.

However, to me, the food felt more like Asian fusion than American. I could be wrong, but that’s how it tasted. One thing is certain—it’s overpriced, and we’re from NYC.

Here’s what we ordered:

West & East Coast Oysters – Delicious, 10/10.

Hamachi Crudo – Absolutely delicious, but be warned—it gets intensely spicy by the end. I was in pain. 8/10.

Cauliflower – Described as "sweet chili glaze | sriracha vinaigrette | cilantro," but it wasn’t just a glaze—it was battered. I didn’t like it because of that. 5/10.

Mushroom Bolognese – Made with truffled mascarpone, chives, and chile. It was tasty but far too heavy and a bit too spicy, 9/10.

Overall, the food didn’t align with expectations, and the prices were excessive. Sadly, it wasn’t worth it.

Had the Wagyu Steak, it was a below school lunch quality cut of meat. I’ve had more satisfying frozen sirloin steaks. The whole day was planned around going out for this meal and it was a colossal disappointment for around $100 per person. The only positive is that it really makes me appreciate all of my other dining experiences so much more.

The food was very good but extremely over priced. I think there are better options in the area at better price point

This was a pretty meh experience for me and my group. I don't think the food was worth what they charge. Our food came out before our drinks and the entire experience seemed rushed. I understand this is casual, but for those prices, I don't want to see a server roaming around in Adidas track pants.

The food is overpriced, and not worth the cost. The kale salad was meh, super plain and nothing special, the tartar was simple without any special taste, the chicken was average. The vegetables for all dishes were not cooked to a point where you cannot eat. I will not be coming back.
