Great atmosphere, food, and drinks! We had a late-night dinner, and got to listen to live jazz. They had vegan cheese which I was happy about. This restaurant is inside of a hotel. Valet was complimentary to restaurant go-ers. The bar is super pretty and the bartenders were top notch! Good cocktail menu along with good selection of beers.

The food was surprisingly good. Music was fitting and enjoyable. I love the NA mocktail options. The ambiance was a 10/10. The calamari had a unique presentation and was lovely. The flourless lemon cake was interesting and had the bright flavor of preserved lemon topped with chocolate anglaise. Will definitely go back!

We celebrated my sister's birthday at Hidden Ace in Park City recently, and it was truly one of the most incredible dining experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional and elevated. The service was absolutely impeccable — Normandi and Victor checked on us throughout the evening and made sure every detail of the night was perfect. The wait staff was attentive and took care of everything without even being asked. We could tell the staff genuinely cared about creating an unforgettable experience. They made us feel like celebrities.
The food was extraordinary. Every course felt like a piece of art. We started with the sashimi, which was beautifully presented and incredibly fresh, followed by a caviar flight that was both elegant and fun. The charcuterie board was stunning, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Our main course was equally impressive — expertly prepared Argentinian beef that was plated so beautifully it almost felt wrong to disturb it. Chef really went all out to impress and pamper us.
And then the desserts… two completely different, equally amazing creations that were the perfect ending to the meal. The first one was a lime sorbet, which was light and refreshing, and then a decadent peach bread pudding that was to die for.
As if the food and service weren’t enough, the evening had an extra surprise — two magicians came by our table and performed close-up magic tricks that completely blew our minds. It added such a fun and unique element to the night. They even had a custom birthday sign waiting for us at the table.
This wasn’t just dinner — it was an experience. The attention to detail, the creativity of the dishes, the hospitality, and the unexpected entertainment made it a night my sisters and I will be talking about for a long time.
If you’re in Park City and want something truly special, Hidden Ace is an absolute must.
