Living here in Park City and my first time here and I had a fantastic dining experience! The shabu-shabu is fresh and flavorful, with tender meats like wagyu beef that melt in your mouth. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is the limited drink menu, but the food more than makes up for it. A must try spot in town!

We've walked by this place dozens of times until today, which was the first time we finally stopped in and tried Kuchu Shabu. All I can say is that it's a shame we didn't discover this establishment sooner! The food was fresh and outstanding, plus we all had a great time cooking up our meals up at the table. We couldn't recommend a meal here highly enough. I now see why Kuchu Shabu gets so packed during ski season. The experience is outstanding!
