Le Depot had the coolest vibe and incredible food. I felt like I was back in France! We each opted for the 3 course menu so we got to try 6 different food options. I would absolutely eat here again. Fabrizio, our waiter, was kind, fast, and very knowledgeable. We were given options and accommodations for gluten-free dishes which was really refreshing for this food allergy.

From the escargot to the amazing cocktail drinks and the amazing salmon and the bread everything was amazing and perfect. When it comes to flavor the only caviar I have is the amount of flies outside makes it a bit uncomfortable to eat calmly and having to swap the flies out of your food I do give it to Marlo for being a great waiter for us and being very kind it goes a very long way

Amazing food good brunch good display of food I recommend it if you are looking for casual food but amazingššš»š family friendly
It is a shame that this restaurant does not show up on Tripadvisor except using a search by name, which of course means that if people donāt know the name, they will never find it. We found it because we were walking by and stopped to read the menu. Itās relatively new, which may be the problem. This place has all five star reviews but Tripadvisorās weird rating system lists it as #122 in Park City. I doubt that there even five restaurants in Park City better than Le Depot. The food and service were superb. I had the Turbot ($52) which was the second best fish dish I have ever had. The smoked salmon appetizer was perfect. Our server, Clare, was attentive and efficient. There were interesting wine by-the-glass selections and an extensive wine list. Berry profiteroles with mascarpone ice cream for dessert! My only quibble was that it was noisy which detracted from what was otherwise an excellent fine dining experience
The food really was incredibly good! I felt like really tasted and enjoyed every bite. We just ordered small plates (the Buratta salad, baguette with the dip & others) our waiter Gerard was so sweet and professional. We loved him! We were a large bit distracted by a worker who seemed to be the manger of the night. He seemed off put by the guests and his other employees. His behavior felt very much like selective abstraction/mental filter. Just note you may see a couple employees like this as you dine. I donāt want to disregard the other incredible working employees. There are many and we enjoyed our experience.

Love this place - have been several times - traditional french bistro with really good food & amazing drinks from the bar. Make sure you have the burrata right now and the LeDepot Cheeseburger is fantastic (tip, order it with the sauce on the side so you can dip your burger in it!). Frites are perfect! Great for intimate dinners for 2 and very fun for large parties - on nice weather days, check out their patio!

The service was great. The food was fair.
Atmosphere needs a lot more ambiance - not a warm or inviting atmosphere.
Honestly we would not dine here again or recommend

The service was top notch. Friendly even with our last minute party change. Small but elegant bites that very much sticks to it's french inspiration. The chicken was dry but had a great balance of flavor. Scallops, oysters and frog legs are all highly recommended. Their steak was perfectly cooked to order. The corkage fee was a bit high at $80. The venue was loud. But overall we had a great time.

A bit too forward on the bell pepper for my taste on the cold tomato soup, but the whipped burrata had a great consistency. Excellent recommendation from the manager for a glass of wine to go with my fish. I ate at the bar though found a somewhat inattentive bartender, more into talking with colleagues.
Very Frenchie art deco style decor inside, also an outdoor patio.

The food was solid, yet it could benefit from a couple more items. The bread was very good. The hostess area to check in was very cramped and was a challenge for others to walk through.
