Nice bar with 2 pool tables next door to a very good pizza restaurant. Great place to drop in for a drink, to play pool or watch the football game.Parking: Went in the evening and there was plenty of very close street parking.

Just left the bar, so whoever is bartender on 28 Feb at 5:45 pm, was the MOST Rude bartender ever. We weren’t rude, I even asked where he prefer we sit in these Covid times. They were not busy, and he could’ve cared less that we were there. We were planning on going back after dinner across the street until we encountered him. Myrtle Rose, do yourself a favor and hire people that know how to treat patrons. You don’t have enough business to mess with rude employees.

Entered the restaurant next to it and was walked over to this place which is a bar, with typical bar food. Was hoping for Italian and got a bar.

I had a large reservation - party of 14.We are all based in south salt lake county and some in Utah county. We all arrive as planned just to be told they closed for the day due to slow business. Excuse me? Where was our notification? Why didn’t you just send most staff home? You expect any other restaurant in park city to have availability for a party of 14? Definitely not okay, terrible ethics. After reading the full reviews of this place I’m not surprised.

Great food, reasonable prices especially by Park City standards and the staff was attentive .

Used to be good. Poor management now. Avoid this place.

Ate dinner here twice in 4 days. They were running a two for one promotion which was a great deal. The pork chop is amazing and the chicken dish was very good. The service was not so good. Only one waitress in the dining room both nights we were there. The first night it was okay because there weren't many patrons, but the second night, a Thursday service was poor--waitress had far too many table to take care of properly. She kept apologizing but didn't return with the bread she promised and was slow with drinks, etc. Food is very good but unless they add more waitresses this place isn't going to make it.

Really good food! We went several times and ordered: 1. Rosemary lemon stuffed chicken (I have the name wrong but that’s close enough). It’s the best chicken I’ve ever had, no joke! 2. The trout, another great entree. 3. The meatloaf, I’m typically not a meatloaf guy but, I thought it was very Good. Others at the table, who order it, loved it and I did too.

I do NOT recommend this place. When we walked into Myrtle Rose/Maxwell's for dinner there were three people standing at the front desk and all three of them were on their cell phones. We had to get their attention in order to be seated. Then they sat us and we waited for 15-20 mins. No one ever came to our table to take our order. I asked the bartender if we were supposed to order at the bar but he said no. The couple next to us ended up leaving because they had also been waiting for 20+ mins for someone to come to their table. We waited a couple of minutes after that, but then decided to leave. As we were leaving the same three people were on their phones and none of them inquired why we were leaving. I would rather eat McDonalds than ever go back to this place.

Downloaded this app specifically to write this review. WORST experience I've ever had. We went there to celebrate an engagement as a group. To start the host was rude and refused to seat us at Myrtle Rose. She said they couldn't take us. We called ahead to set a reservation and explained it was for an engagement party. They sat us at Maxwells which is a pIzza place! This was after we called for a celebration! Then after we said something they moved us to the correct table without even apologizing. We ordered a 40 dollar bottle of wine. Asked how many glasses we said two (with a party of 6) and walked away without even asking the rest of the party what they wanted to drink. They then proceeded to send someone over who has never opened a bottle of wine. Our friend had to open the bottle for her. They brought our appetizers without silverware. We proceeded to sit there for 45 mins without water refills or drink refills. They brought our food still with no refill. As they food came out it was cold and under cooked. The stakes didn't even have mashed potatoes as the waiter had described. They didn't even apologize. We all wasted 2 hours of our life at this terrible experience. I could have been more satisfied at Applebee's. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Completely ruined the celebration. So much for a "nice restaurant"...

Awesome bar next to Maxwells. Has the full menu no kids. Quiet and more romantic. Also very comfortable seating and dining compared to Maxwells (Maxwells is my family's favorite). Mytrle Rose is where I go on dates ?
