Always the best food and service around
One of the best Italian places out there! Chef Roy Torrano got some Skills!
Bartolo’s is our favorite go-to for breakfast in Park City and Lavinia is just the best! She is always so friendly, courteous, and warm and we always bring friends from out of town (and locals as well who haven’t been there).
We love the food, and I especially love their homemade chai. We will keep coming back!!!

Bartolo's Park City - Italian Kitchen is a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The atmosphere is casual, with nice natural light coming in lots of windows and an area for outside dining. The food is fabulous, top notch, and delicious. The pasta rates at the top, it is so tender, and the sauces are full flavored and delicious. A passionfruit jalapeño margarita with lime in a rocks glass with perfectly salted edge is delicious, with ice in small cylinders. The braised short ribs are most tender with mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts and asparagus, slightly crunchy, perfect and blackened. The salmon dish is also delicious. The blueberry pancake is mouth wateringly good, and the traditional egg breakfast is wonderful. Every staff person is attentive, cheerful, kind, and the service is 10 out of 10. It is noisy but that lends to the ambiance. This is a new favorite place, and visitors will definitely be back.
