Worst service I’ve experienced in park city. Walked out after 10 minutes of watching the bartender not acknowledge us even though he was very aware we were there. Didn’t even put in an order and it was not busy. Disappointing.

Service was attentive and friendly. We tried several things from the menu and they were all delicious. The buffalo wings from the Super Bowl definitely need to make it on to the regular menu, they were hands down the best I have ever had.
Between my partner and I we tried several things from the main cocktail list and most of them had very interesting flavors going on but were just a little too sweet for my palate. It’s hard to complain, though, because they managed to find a bottle of my favorite gin somewhere and serve up a perfect martini.

Our bachelorette party had the BEST time at Palomino! The service was incredible and we had the pleasure of meeting the Owner who made our time so special! This is a must visit if you are in Park City!

Bar atmosphere was really nice although the “club style” beat music is not really our thing. I wasn’t quite ready to pick something from the menu so I started by asking for a simple Jack and coke to start with. Bar tender told me they didn’t carry Jack Daniel’s. Later I wanted to try the kolsch from the menu. Bar tender told me they were out. I ordered a cocktail from the menu instead that was really well made and tasty. We had late dinner reservations next door so my wife ordered the popcorn snack appetizer from the menu to tide us over. That appetizer never made it out of the kitchen. The bar tender cane over a couple of times to tell us they were making it fresh and it would be out soon. That never happened and we left for the dinner next door after spending roughly an hour at the bar.

I had a really great time here. Came in for the cocktails and was not disappointed. The Seamstress was unexpected and so tasty. The spiced flavors of the Waitlisted Fig were perfect for the fall season. I have rarely thought a $20 cocktail was worth it but these were. Our oysters were delicious and our neighbor's shrimp cocktail and salmon potato pancakes made me want to come back to try more of their food.

I couldn’t say enough good things about the Palomino! We were looking for a fun lounge to celebrate our 10 year anniversary with a group of friends from LA. We wanted the park city vibes with a touch of modern. We reached out via email and Sophia got back to us right away. She was extremely responsive and helped us lock everything in. The food was delicious, yummy drinks, fun bartenders and great music by DJ Dolph. Big shout out to the amazing Ashley and her team for taking such good care of us and making our event so special and memorable. Truly thankful!

We stopped in to Palomino our last night in Park City. The place is fairly new but has a great cocktail bar vibe!
My only knock on this place is the service. It’s a seat yourself spot but we sat for about 15 minutes before being waited on. Once we had a waitress she was great! I think this is just one of the learning curves of a new place so I’m sure it will improve.
This is a great happy hour/light dinner spot in terms of the food. They offer a wide range of wines and cocktails, and their small bites and shared plates were really good. We got the Lobster Crackers, Shrimp Cocktail, Charcuterie Board, Goat Cheese Bites and their daily popcorn. I would recommend all of those but maybe skip the popcorn, it was just okay. The charcuterie board is also a pretty big portion compared to other restaurants I’ve gone to.
Overall, if they iron out the new restaurant kinks I think this will be a great spot to go back to for future Park City visits!
