Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I cant even give my experience at Papa Murphy's one star. I came in to redeem two pizza vouchers (two of the MANY) I had purchased to support the football team my son plays on. They were purchased within the last year and listed no expiration date on them.
I was greeted by three extremely unprofessional children working the front counter and was told that that franchise had been purchased by a new owner and would no longer honor my purchase.
I was very patient in explaining my situation and was incredibly embarrassed as I was belittled by these workers and shunned and turned away, being told that I was lying about the date of purchase, and they even went so far as to put the new owner on speaker phone and I was told in no uncertain terms that he would not help me nor honor my purchase. Keep in mind, I had used two of the same vouchers I had purchased, just weeks prior without any fuss or hiccup.
Just WOW. In essence, the new owner should be ashamed of the lack of professionalism his staff portrayed, the lack of willingness to honor a valid voucher, and should take accountability for the shoddy excuses given for lack of service this evening.
Shame on Papa Murphy's. As I support the local football team, Papa Murphy's hangs us out to dry.

We get papa Murphys on a fairly regular basis. If you can slide the pizza off the paper tray the bottom does not cook properly. Tonight, the regular crust was stuck to the paper, and the thin crust chicken pizza barely came off the tray and fell apart putting it back on.
Not sure if dough is old, or no flower used while making crust. But something was not right.
Other than that taste is good, just not crispy crust.

After being a loyal Papa Murphy’s customer for over 20 years I am done with them! The quality and consistency of the product has hit rock bottom! The toppings are still pretty good but the crust and the preparation is inconsistent and sloppy! This is not from just one visit but several over the last 6 months specifically at this location, the crusts are either thick on one side and paper thin on the other, old and dried out, or stuck to the tray obviously been there for a long time. The sauce is sloppily applied running over the edges and dripping in the oven while cooking. The wrap is never done quite the same and usually curls the crust over the edge of the tray making it impossible to slide the tray off during cooking for a crisper crust. And to add insult to injury guess what the crust looks like if you don’t notice they put two cooking trays on the pizza. Also constantly finding debris from the make table ie mushroom bits and cheese stuck to the bottom on the cooking tray. As of now you can get a better pizza from the frozen food section in the supermarket!

I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait with my sleeping baby in the car. I get there only to be informed one of the pizzas is no longer available even though online it said it was for a couple more days. So then I had a crying baby because I had to wait for a replacement pizza to be made. The other thing that annoys me is that due to this, I couldn’t use my reward or the text code because they wouldn’t apply to the pizza I originally ordered as it was on special and the replacement pizza was not. Normally things are fine but this was just annoying. My phone number is included in the order so why not call me and tell me my order has an issue so everything can be ready when I get there. I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait. So frustrating.

Best experience at a Papa Murphy's ever. A man with glasses helped me . He said his name was Narciso. Said he was still pretty new but I couldn't tell. His customer service was top notch . I will definitely be returning to Papa Murphy's.

The woman helping us was fantastic - super kind and excellent service. The two men sitting on their phones in the back did, however, create a slow working environment. Definitely not the guys I’d hire.

The best manager there was .Mexican who everyone kept hating on him especially the coworkers..and customers, park City I should be ashamed of yourselves. Lazy workers and to top it off you loose the best park City ever had , I will never shop again unless Alex is there. Tall Mexican guy , shame on these workers ,

I want to know who the manager and owner of this place is. The staff refused to tell me managers name or give me a number to call. They didn't know when they would be back or when they worked next. Absolutely ridiculous.

Normally I love picking up here, but today I walked in and my 2:15 pick up had not even been started (this was at 2:50). I talked with the girl behind the counter. She was the only one here today and doing her best. This place has been short staffed for almost a year now. I really hope she gets credit for doing such a great job with customer service in such a hard situation. I would hope the manger would be upping her pay to cover all the jobs she is having to do right now.

I give it a 2 cuz I’ve had a decent pie from there but this place is in serious need of a customer service lesson lol
