The live music was so loud we couldn't hear eat other talk. The food was not only horrible, but the portion was a joke. My entree had 3 pieces of shrimp that were the size of half my pinky. The dessert, which we were looking forward to since we were still starving after two courses, was a nightmare- the worst crème brûlée I have ever eaten. Not only did we pay $200 for horrible food, couldn't hear our server with the music so loud, we both got sick later. 0/10 for this entire experience, and we will not ever be going back.
We dined in order to assess Powder for an upcoming holiday dinner for work folks. First visit and we booked our group dinner at the end of the evening! Exceptional service from Shelby. Requested her for our future reservation! Hamachi crudo properly prepared. Parker house rolls warm and soft with Vermont butter. Skeptical of the fettuccine with lemon cream sauce but Shelby gave it high praise. It was fabulous! The coffee rubbed bison filet was tender and perfectly prepared. Last but certainly not least, lavender crème brûlée!! Unique and exceptional.
We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary at Powder! Food was top-notch! Super yummy and got some unique and special choices, and large selection of wine. The free bread is super soft and fresh. We've got Scollops and a poached fish dish for entrées. The dishes are not only delicious, but beautifully presented as well! They gifted us a dessert - crème brûlée - we were too full to finish it but it's creamy and tasty as well. The outdoor seating in Summer time is so peaceful and comfortable, but beware of wasp. ;) The staff were all awesome and friendly. Our service (Shirley, if I remember correctly) was very helpful and caring. Pricing is in the mid/high range but it's definitely decent value for the quality. P.S. Valet parking is free, just don't forget to tip ;)
Our first time to the hotel and restaurant. We enjoyed our food and our server drulia was so great!- We received a complimentary lavender crème brûlée from her/the restaurant! Best crème brûlée ever, as well as the best house salad as well!!
The setting is nice but the food was cafeteria level at best. Wilted salad, a hot sandwich that was cold. Slow service. Sub-par.
The experience was fantastic! I was greeted by Yanira, who got us a really good place outside to enjoy the beautiful weather during our meal, and was really attentive to detail and really friendly to chat and make us feel at home. Our server was Ulysses, who was efficient, made really good food and drink recommendations, and went above and beyond for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend the restaurant for both the food and drink, as well as the service!
Service again was outstanding. This time I had the scallops cooked perfectly. My wife had the sable fish which was also tasty. The lavender crème brûlée was amazing!
Unfortunately, had a bad experience there. Service was extremely slow just to get a drink (15 min asking 3 times). This was on a slow night, so you would think that it would have been better. When our food finally arrived it was cold. We ordered a Fettuccine with chicken dish. The pasta was cold and had sat so long that it has stuck together in a big clump. We both added chicken to the dish which was $35 each (Surprise!). The salads were ok, no appetizers, and just 2 soft drinks. Total bill was over $200 for cold clumpy bowl of pasta. Crazy.
I had the pistachio crusted chicken 7/10 which good bud needs more flavor and my friend had steak 7/10 which was good with the Waldorf Salad 8/10.
Very expensive. $27 drinks. It's Utah you get one shot of liquor. $18 bread. Very slow. Half of our dinners were cold and had to go back. Limited menu. Service was good. Disappointing. Did I say very expensive?

We were very disappointed. Service was slow. Drinks were ok. Menu has changed and is much less than it was 2 years ago. Steak was burned and cold. This used to be our favorite restaurant in Park City. We probably won't return.
Melody & Juan were exceptional servers. The food was perfect for our family of four including two children. We will definitely return on our next visit to Park City!
