High quality food, lots of menu variety and shareable plates. I was most surprised by how young, yet professional and hospitable, the servers appeared. I half-expected a stuffy vibe and it ended up being fun, relaxed, and delicious! Great experience all around!
Food was 10/10! Our waitress seemed irritated that we had little kids with us, she would offer ice cream or crayons at every little noise they made. Overall great dining experience aside from that a
If you're looking for an incredible steak dinner in Park City, this is the place. Prime Steakhouse & Piano Bar served one of the best steaks I've had in a very long time—perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The wine selection was excellent, and the live piano music created such a fun, classy atmosphere without being over the top. I highly recommend sitting in the bar area for the full experience, and if you're lucky enough to have Kate as your server, you're in great hands. She provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and made the entire evening even better. Fantastic food, outstanding service, great wine, and amazing live music. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Park City, and we'll definitely be back.
The service was very good and the meal was absolutely amazing. We will definitely go back again.
The wife and I split a strip steak which was the special. It was very good along with the garlic mashed potatoes and the wedge salad. We were very happy with the meal and the service. Prices are high but that is the future of everything especially beef. Oh well, we still enjoyed it and had the lava cake to celebrate my birthday.
We were recommended this over Ruth Chris. We were underwhelmed . Steaks were hot and tender but lacking in flavor. Beware the 4z steak app we were offered was $60.00 (our fault for not checking first on price). 6z steak filet was 58.00. The wedge salad was not very good, I noticed the couple at the table across from us did not each much of theirs either. Mostly hard core of the lettuce. Bacon was bacon bits from a jar, not real bacon. Service was good, but for over a 300.00 meal I expected much more.
Food was amazing, piano player/singer was amazing and our wait staff Reuben and Sam were wonderful! Great experience.
I love coming here and sitting at the bar and listening to the piano player. This time I started off with the bacon wrapped scallops app followed by the 6 Oz filet with bearnaise sauce. I paired it all with an Oregon pinot noir. For dessert I had the molten lava cake and a coffee martini. Tom the bartender was attentive when needed.
We sat at the bar...Food was fantastic, Bartender was awesome, and the musician was wonderful!
Best steak I've had in a long time. The pianist was incredible! Don't miss if you're in Park City

A great option for a tasty well prepared steak. If you want the steakhouse atmosphere, this is it. I always order my steak Pittsburgh rare and it was done perfectly. I would have liked a little more seasoning on it.
Really odd for them to take reservations when they are CLOSED. We drove over an hour and paid $20 for parking to come here for our anniversary after making a reservation and the restaurant was closed for the week. You’d think management would stop accepting reservations on those days? We went to Ruth’s Chris instead and the food was FANTASTIC! Plus less expensive than it would have been here, so I guess it worked out well for us.
They also quietly tried rebooking our reservation for the following week without contacting us the next day. Just an overall very strange experience.
All the staff was great, very kind and attentive. I have never had a perfect experience with restaurant staff until I came here. Food was a little pricey for the portion but was still delicious, and it is a high end restaurant so that was to be expected. Overall an amazing experience, I could not recommend this place more.
I’m really disappointed to say that my recent visit to Prime Steakhouse in Park City was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. This is especially frustrating because I’ve been coming here for years and have always enjoyed great food and excellent service.
This time, everything went wrong. Our dinner order was never placed, and we were left waiting with no communication. No one checked on us, and no one offered an apology. The situation became even more uncomfortable when our waitress was visibly upset and in tears, blaming the issue on other staff members. The lack of professionalism from management was shocking.
One of the managers, Sean, was especially condescending and rude to us throughout the experience. When our bill finally came, it included multiple items we never ordered, which only added to the frustration. We were seated in the bar area because we’ve always enjoyed listening to the live piano. Tom, the bartender, was also very rude. He got into a heated argument with my friends. Even after Sean told him to keep quiet, the situation continued to escalate.
It’s clear that this restaurant has seriously gone downhill. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend it to others.

A favorite of ours when we are in town. It is consistently good. Steaks are already cooked to perfection, served on a very hot plate. The appetizer menu has something for everyone. Especially great place to eat if you have gluten allergies. But their bread is very hard to resist. I love all the sides and normally get the vegetable skewer. Don't miss the cheesecake. Really delicious and a large piece.
