Loved this steak house. We ate at the bar and the bartender (Tom) was personable and helpful. The bone-in filet was awesome. Soo tasty and tender. The ahi tuna was a bit small but made up for it in taste! And after dinner on the way out we spoke with Rubin about the wine on hand. He spent a good amount of time with us and showed us his favorites. Next time we'll take him up on his suggestions. All in all, we totally enjoyed everything. A memorable dinner. Thank you Prime!
Wonderful staff, well made drinks, great wine selection, awesome steaks and did I mention wonderful staff!
Bryan and the rest of the staff were total rockstar. We had an outside table that was swarmed by bees when the food came out and the staff jumped on it immediately and addressed the issue and moved us inside. The food was also really good 😊

The drinks were excellent. The stakes were phenomenal. The sides were good portions and very delicious. Service by everyone was top-notch.
This place is a real high end classic steak house that lives up to the price and ambiance. The service is so friendly and great, the food is fantastic. Best steak hands down. I love how the food comes sizzling hot on the pan so you have a fresh steak and the flavor is amazing. Perfectly cooked and it leaves me dreaming about this steak again. Highly recommend for a special occasion. All of the food we ordered was suburb, including the appetizers. Great spot, nice ambiance too with the live music!

This typical and dark steakhouse was worthy, but didn't have what we came for with PRIME in its name - no prime rib. The small filet mignon was done well and a very good cut of beef. Baked potato was rather hard and with the hard butter accompanying it made for a bit of a challenge. Bread served was a baguette, but again rather hard. Having owned restaurants, we can usually tell good or great by the bread service. Overall a good restaurant with quality staff that could attend to these issues for the price of its meals.
The food was very good. Filets were cooked perfectly to temp. Wife's lobster tail was large and flavorful. Lobster and crab bisque was also flavorful though maybe slightly lacking in lobster and crab chunks. Crème brûlée was very good. For the dollars spent the service was not up to par. Drinks were left empty and the wine I ordered with my entree was forgotten. Our server passed our table a number of times as we sat with empty plates and drinks without checking on us. Most disappointing was the ambience. When checking in for our reservation we were asked if we wanted to sit in the lounge with live music or in a quieter area. We asked for a quieter area. The dining room was extremely loud due to a party of 5 behind us who was very loud and a party of about 12 who were overpowering the room. A family next to us commented with us about both as they were leaving. Unfortunate that management would allow a group to negatively impact the rest of the diners' experience like that.
Highly recommend...food was great and the service was absolutely outstanding. Background music was soft and created a great dining experience.
It hurts me to give a poor review to a restaurant that we have dined at many times in the past. This time was an exception: - Our NY strip ($85!), ordered medium rare, came with loads of uneatable fat. We returned it for a replacement. That steak came back medium+, and somewhat dry (over-aged?). I thought it was OK, but my wife did not like it that much. = Our baked potato was way overcooked, dried, out blackened skin. - The green beans were under-cooked. We returned and got better cooked ones but dried out a bit. Despite all of these problems, the waiter handled everything well for us. And we were comp't for the bad potato and green beans.
It was great! Lovely evening! The servers were especially pleasant with just the right amount of attention

Colin our waiter was awesome. Service and food quality - was great. The piano bar after dinner was a lot of fun. Tom the bartender was on his game. Great place. We will come back.
Food was great. Our entrees were delayed, which we didn't notice, and the server gave us a free dessert because of the delay. Very nice live music, too.
Ruben and Esmeralda were so kind and helpful! Esmeralda gave us great recommendations and effortlessly checked up on our table to make sure we enjoyed everything we ordered. Ruben was so welcoming and sat us so quickly + showed us our options for seating. Give these two raises ASAP!!

I took my mother to Prime last night for her 85th birthday and it was amazing. The staff was so lovely and gave us top notch service. The server timed our food perfectly and everything was cooked as ordered. The petit filet was off the charts and my mom loved it! The live music added so much to experience. Thank you Prime and your staff for making it such a memorable evening. We will definitely be back.
One of our favorite spots to eat while in Park City. We come every year, and I make reservations to dine here before we ever leave home. Always look forward to it. Highly recommend the vegetable grilled skewers with a good steak.
