I generally love coming to protein foundry. The fort union location has been great. But for some reason the location at kimball junction was a horrible experience. The customer service, or lack there of, was the issue.I wasn’t even greeted walking in, no smile no welcoming energy at all, it wasnt pleasant communication from the cashier, then it took about 15 min for 2 shakes, I wasn’t in eye sight of the front counter while waiting but unbeknownst to me my shakes were sitting...

We probably came here like three times? Their crew is multilingual and they're so friendly and patient, it feels like coming back to see friends. We've only had the smoothies so far, but we can't wait to try the food side next time. :)
