Red Rock Brewing - Park City

There are so many Park City restaurants that everybody must visit but none of them live up to Red Rock.The food is great, the atmosphere is comfortable, but also makes you feel like you’re on vacation enjoying yourself.

That being said the best part, by far is the service. All of the staff is great, but the shining gems of the restaurant truly are Tracy and Holly. Without them, the restaurant really wouldn’t be the same

Sat at bar and had ceasar salad and soup. Beer temperature right on and IPAs super smooth. Wood smoke scent (pizza oven) and welcoming vibe exuded from all staff make this outpost a must return. Bar service provided by Tracy was off the charts. Good music to boot.

What is there not to love about this restaurant? The food is fantastic, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. Our personal favorite aspect, though, is the drinks. We hardly ever leave Red Rock without having drank at least one of their fantastic beers on tap - my personal favorite is the Elephino IPA! If you’re looking for somewhere with good food, great atmosphere, and even better beer, Red Rock is it.

Got the hot honey vegan chicken w sweet potatoes - one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. The restaurant also has tofu so you can add to most dishes. Went to the SLC location and it was a pleasant environment!

Stopped by red rock today for lunch. They didn’t have a hostess today, so we waited for 10 minutes or so for someone to notice us before being sat down. The food was great and our server was attentive. It appeared that he was in charge of many tables so things like refills were forgotten & we were given the wrong check when our meal was over. However, these are not dealbreakers as the food is amazing. Just be aware it may take a bit to get sat down and be mindful to look over the check before paying.

Food was ok. Make sure your fish is cooked. Mine came out raw. They did bring me a new one and took it off the bill which was nice. Food was a little pricey for what it was.

This place was a nightmare. The service was awful. They screwed up our order and the server refused to fix it. The server literally told us, we will not change your pizza, even though we messed it up. They forgot our daughter’s food and we had them bring it out and it came 25 minutes after everyone else’s food. We asked Multiple different employees to get us plates so that our children could eat their dinner. No one would get them for us, including our server. We got charged for a drink that we didn’t ever get. I’d give this place zero stars if that was an option.

Though a bit pricey, highly recommended restaurant. The French Onion Steak Sandwich and the BBQ Turkey Sandwich are to die for! Pretty good draft selection as well.

Service was good. Had an oatmeal stout. That was great. Ordered turkey burger and black bean burger. They were out of Kaiser rolls so put the black bean burger in pita bread that was very dry and tasted a bit stale. The turkey burger tasted awful. Way too much sodium. Shouldn’t have eaten the turkey burger but was hungry. Stomach ache for the rest of the afternoon and evening from the turkey burger. So, very disappointed and won’t be eating there again.

The food is mediocre at best. The rotisserie chicken was dry and flavorless. It was supposed to come with mashed potatoes, which was perpetually promised to come soon by the server when he bothered to come by. Meanwhile every other table around us got potatoes. Not a huge deal because even the best potatoes couldn't have fixed that meal. All the staff seemed to be not interested in any customer service. I've been here before and it was not nearly this bad. Maybe new management or they've just given up.

Food was okay, but underwhelming. Customer service was good, and wait was shorter than quoted. We got the Reuben, fries were a spiral steak fry, not bad but not great. My daughter got the margarita pizza and said it wasn’t the best. My husband did like his sweet potato fries. We would pick a different place next time.

The front desk host Maria was so unbelievably rude I was genuinely left speechless. She lied to us about the wait time, for what reason I can not imagine. She then told us if we did not move away from the desk while we waited she would call the police.

We have always loved Red Rock when we’re in Park city. However last night we went for dinner and the hostess was terrible! She definitely does not like her job. We asked if we could sit outside and she very rudely told us it’s not her responsibility, it’s up to the servers. There were several tables outside that just needed to be cleared. We were so frustrated with her attitude we decided to leave. When we walked out she was just sitting on her phone at the front desk 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
Would it really be that hard to smile, say hello and clear a table outside. So sad to see a good restaurant with such poor service. Went over to Gidottis across the street and had excellent service with great food!

Normally my experience is always very good. This time it was polar opposite. There were 6 tables partially full, it took 15 minutes to receive our first server interaction. Took 45 minutes for a simple burger to arrive and then never heard back from the server until we asked for the check. I am very understanding but this was not what I have grown to expect from Red Rock. The decor needs a refurb too. The chairs are starting to show their age and are broken.
