Red Rock Brewing - Park City

Idk why this place has under 4 stars, good atmosphere, great food, awesome staff. I was pleasantly surprised!

No one at the host stand when entering. When we were finally seated it took 15 minutes before someone came over and asked if anyone helped us yet. When we responded no they finally took our drink order. Food was decent (pizza actually very good). The service was atrocious and we never received the side of fries we ordered. It wasn’t on our bill so we didn’t care a ton. If we hadn’t already been driving for 7.5 hours after coming in from out of town we would have left and gone somewhere else but we were too exhausted.

The bartender (forgot to catch his name) gave us detailed descriptions of the beers that were delicious. Food was overall pretty good too

This was a nice bar came to have dinner but the server Fern seemed disinterested in serving us. We got a few beers but had to flag him down each time. We liked the selection and the beers were very good!
One thing I am it a fan of though was a patron from the bar dressed as princess peach got up and went back into the kitchen, which was open so we could see. She first got some fry sauce in a Togo cup and came back to the bar. Shortly after she went back and got three soups. She didn’t wash it out on gloves and licked her fingers between filling Togo cups. Clearly she worked there as she monopolized the bar tenders time, but she should not be off the clock and going into the kitchen. Maybe it’s a good thing we didn’t have a chance to get food.

Wow redrock, thanks for being the BEST bar kimball junction has to offer. My waitress Sonora was a literal angel. Service 10/10 and she helped me pick the best beer possible. Also, their fries are bomb.

Caue the Brazilian bald guy was amazing absolutely great service the food was awesome you can’t go wrong here wether you get stale salad or pizza if your a tourist visiting park city I recommend dining here

Parry of 2 ordered burgers. Both completely different burgers and both served completely wrong. Unacceptable to get two meals wrong after repeating the order several times.

I love this place the FOOD, the STAFF, anytime I’m in park city and we’re hungry this is our go to. We were just there last Sunday and we’ll be back there again tomorrow for our anniversary. My husband’s pot pie was DELICIOUS and piping hot ?

My daughter did get her meal late but it was totally fine we understand things happen and she got it eventually- they removed it from the bill which they totally didn’t have to! They took care of us so well - mind you it was 11 people and then they had another table by us with like 20+ I hope our waiter got good tips that day because he was amazing. Wish I could remember his name right now. Great attitude and he sincerely felt bad about our daughters food being late. We can’t wait to go there tomorrow.

OH and before I forget their bread pudding is to DIE. Love it so much.

Disappointing experience tonight. You get better service at McDonalds. Once seated, took forever to place an order. Even longer to get drinks. We did receive our food promptly, but without silverware, so we wait some more. Then we're done and guess what, wait forever for a bill. To top it all off the POS defaults a minimum tip of 18% with options of 20% and 22%. Are you kidding me? It's one of those the server holds it for you and you pick right in front of them. Second time here and won't be back after leaving disappointed both times.
