Only went for breakfast and service and food was good. Only reason 4 star tried to go for afternoon lunch, and they had us wait for 5 minutes then told us they are fully bill need a reservation. We had a baby with us, just could have told us from the start. Long story short, would recommend to go for breakfast and if going for lunch and dinner, would book a reservation and just don’t show up. Ambience is nice place.
You must try to Lobster roll! It is a great spot for a quick bite to eat and a drink while you are on the mountain. The views are 10/10.
Excellent food. If you don’t love sea food the tacos are on point. The views and the atmosphere are amazing!! Prompt service with a smile. This is not your typical ski resort lunch spot.

My boyfriend and I went to Rime for Valentines Day and we were treated like gold! They seated us at a comfortable table with a beautiful view of the mountains, and Manuel brought out our favorite mezcal margaritas with lava salt as soon as we sat down! We didn’t even need to order them! Wow. Then an endless stream of oysters, truffle toast, caesar salad, carpaccio, lobster, trout, and the most delectable brownie and strawberry mousse dessert with champagne caviar! Each course was a new gastronomic delight! We wish we could give it 6 out of 5 stars. Manuel gave first class service and made it a night to remember.
Went to Rime at the Saint Regis today for lunch with my wife, it was our annual special Christmas occasion. Unfortunately this year the experience was less than special. Our calamari was probably 80% breading and 20% calamari. And the mussels we ordered were rancid. Unfortunately nobody came to check on how our food was. Eventually we just left cash for the check and decided to leave . On our way out I talked to the manager who, unfortunately, was all talk and did not even offer me the basic decency of refunding the muscles off my check. Seems to be their operational theme as our 225 dolllar bottle of decoy sells for 25 dollars at he liquor store. Do not waste your money here, there are so many fine restaurants in Park City that care about the customer experience
My wife and I came here in early September for our anniversary had a great meal. The food was fantastic and the service wonderful.
I’m not one to complain, but really didn’t expect such poor service, and confusion. Two and a half hours for dinner. Poor lighting, moved us after the dinner was started. They made a half hearted attempt to make it right, but failed miserably. Even insisted on the 18% mandatory gratuity on the party of six. Find an alternative.

The view was nice but it was super expensive.
Best views from a mtn top at DeerValley! Delicious chowder and oysters. Perfect ski day indulgence.
Awesome wine lobster roll ceviche and other yummy stuff including oysters in a little cabin on the mountain quaint and beautiful views.
Great experience, sushi was delicious and the drinks were fabulous... and the service was on point!
Super slow. They all but tell you they could care less if you come back. Wife, daughter and I ordered three steajs. Took over an hour and a half. 7:30 rsvp; 10:00 dinner arrives. Pearl Harbor; never again.
