If you are staying in DV or St Regis in particular dont miss Rime. Can get busy. Food is fantastic. Go to the bar next door and get the original bloody mary. You will not regret it.

Brandon, Larry, and the rest of the amazing staff working tonight made our dinner here one we will never forget! When I say they went above and beyond to make dining with our group of 10 an experience unlike any other we’ve had, I’m not exaggerating. Oh and the food and desserts were top tier to match the service. Cannot thank you enough!

Five stars on the basis of exceptional entrees, as well as service from the front of house manager. Could have easily been a flop, otherwise.

Sparkling rosé had turned. Beyond vinegar taste, not a single bubble. They corrected this. Out of many wine options. Oysters weren’t fully shucked (not separated from shells). Bread in mussels dish was RAW. Got the wrong side dish (peas, instead of chard).

But the filet and lamb chops were both exceptional. I definitely feel they need to work on QC in back (for oysters, mussels) and attention to detail (wrong side fish) and the bar stock (turned wine); however the entrees were so good this still gets 5 star.

Staff were extremely rude. I don’t care if they’re understaffed or busy. Being rude to paying customers is unacceptable. To make matters worse our server Brandon spoke to us in the most condescending manner from the moment we took a seat and before we could even order. For being located in the St. Regis the food didn’t hit the mark. Steaks were chewy and burnt, food was nothing special and service was horrible. Save yourself the trip, in wonderful park city Utah this was the only place that left a bad taste for our group. Had better food and service at every restaurant but Rime. For an establishment like this we were highly disappointed.

Since Chef Larry Abrams became head chef at Rine (St. Regis Deer Valley), the culinary experience has transformed into a must-visit destination, much like the winning transformations Michael Jordan led for the Chicago Bulls and Tom Brady for the Pats. Chef Larry Abrams is a culinary GOAT, with innovative dishes and exquisite flavors that elevate dining to legendary status. Chef Larry Abrams just took Rine to the next level—legit, a top 5 restaurant in the US.

Our second and last dining experience. Slow service, ordered the chef’s special, absolutely horrible, some restaurants are just not worth it. Go for the views, forget the food.

Super luxurious space… Breathtaking views, and incredible food!!! Service is a plus, Victoria was so nice and accommodating. The Funicular runs routinely from the base to the restaurant at the press of a button- About a four minute drive from Park city, which is easy with Uber. Super ???!

?tuna tarter- amazing presentation
?? lamb chops- were amazing!!! perhaps the best dish I had in Utah!
? roasted potatoes were crispy on the outside/ soft Inside and delicious

Caution avalanche: Learned this restaurant was one of only 2 restaurants that carried A5 Japanese wagyu in Utah so booked for Valentine's day; I hadn't had the privilege of trying Japanese wagyu and wanted to learn more so went to the restaurant the day before my reservation. In speaking with staff, who were very helpful, they showed me the A5 Japanese wagyu certificate which stated the wagyu was from Kagoshima prefecture; for what wagyu goes by the ounce I wanted to learn as much as I could and the certificate is a nice touch. Kagoshima prefecture won the wagyu Olympics; didn't even realize wagyu had an Olympics. In going to the restaurant on Valentine's Day I got the immediate impression my wife and I were overdressed as others coming into the restaurant in some instances had literally pajamas as attire; eccentric I guess. Ordered a bottle of Argentina Malbec and with barely a glance at the menu knew to order the wagyu. We were informed they were sold out and had been all weekend; I became apoplectic internally about the matter and asked myself why no one informed me of this the day before when I stopped by and was shown the certificate? Dejected my wife and I ordered steak tartare and a ribeye to share, the side was mashed potatoes. In addition to the food flavor being banal the hostess elected to seat a family with crying children 2 tables away from us. After 10 minutes of that and the fact no A5 was available I almost asked to be moved to another table; fortuitously the family realized them had a crying baby and left the restaurant. Truly unfortunate experience, perhaps bad luck, doesn't help that RIME left a lasting mediocre first impression for a resort of it's supposed exalted caliber.

Incredible views of the mountain and Park City lakes. Quick walk up window and inside/outside area. The lobster roll was epic! The employees took good care of us, great place for a quick on-mountain bite and break.

Steaks were cooked to perfection as ordered (Med Rare). Lobster bisque soup was superb. Excellent salads. The lobster mac-n-cheese can be skipped, it's ok but other items are probably better choices. Service was outstanding. Entire experience definitely lived up to our expectations.
