This is a nice upscale restaurant. Not all the dishes hit…the duck breast was fantastic but absolutely tiny. The tuna crudo was poor….just no flavor.

Visited Rime for a new experience and was blown away by the service and attention to detail. Our waitress Victoria was friendly, helpful and down to earth. she took great care of us along with the other employees.
Everything was beautifully plated and it was fun to try new dishes.
Really enjoyed the Beef cheeks dish and the mashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had. The desserts were unique and perfect for sharing.

Greatest night since I’ve been away from Home I’m recently treated at the huntsman Cancer Center the best medics and specialized personnel in the world and I’m grateful for being here tonight and being at the best weekend ever and possibly even more nights like this if I could return home sometime after Tuesday night I will be back to the hospital and hopefully it will be my last facet of treatments and hopefully I’ll get back home if I can!!

We come here a couple/few times a year (locals). It’s perhaps our favorite dinner spot in all of Park City. Everything is top notch, from the valet parking to post dinner strolling. The funicular adds another element of ‘magic’. We’ve done with our kids, and they loved the outside fire pits. We’ve come with friends, and easy place to impress out of towners. We’ve come on our own, for a perfect romantic evening.

I’ll pay extra for the lessor crowd, quieter environment, and overall ambiance. I’m happy of get away from the crowds of most PC restaurants.

Only hedge on it all… pass on the pork chops. Everything else we’ve eaten there has been excellent, the pork chops were really “so-so”. I won’t order those again, everything else though… 👍🏾👍🏾

Food was very good. Seabass was phenomenal, however the service is horrible. When paying $7 a soda, then one would expect another drink in a reasonable timeframe. Server was great at first, but then we did not see him for long periods. Sat and waited on check after dessert for way too long as well. Probably won’t be going back. When spending this kind of money one expects the best of everything.

The only redeeming quality of this place was our lovely server William. Literally look at this “seared tuna” - it came out cold so I know it wasn’t seared on the grill today. We reckon it was last night’s tuna repurposed today. It had a foul aftertaste as well. We had to send the mussels back because they were definitely spoiled. For a hotel restaurant where the rooms are over one thousand dollars a night- this was just embarrassing.

We had the pleasure of dining at RIME at Deer Valley, and Tiffany made our experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially toward my wife. Tiffany provided excellent food recommendations, each of which turned out to be spot-on. Beyond that, her warm demeanor and attention to detail elevated the entire day. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt cared for, making the experience not just a meal but a memorable moment. Thank you, Tiffany, for your outstanding hospitality—we can’t wait to return

If you are staying in DV or St Regis in particular dont miss Rime. Can get busy. Food is fantastic. Go to the bar next door and get the original bloody mary. You will not regret it.

Brandon, Larry, and the rest of the amazing staff working tonight made our dinner here one we will never forget! When I say they went above and beyond to make dining with our group of 10 an experience unlike any other we’ve had, I’m not exaggerating. Oh and the food and desserts were top tier to match the service. Cannot thank you enough!

Five stars on the basis of exceptional entrees, as well as service from the front of house manager. Could have easily been a flop, otherwise.

Sparkling rosé had turned. Beyond vinegar taste, not a single bubble. They corrected this. Out of many wine options. Oysters weren’t fully shucked (not separated from shells). Bread in mussels dish was RAW. Got the wrong side dish (peas, instead of chard).

But the filet and lamb chops were both exceptional. I definitely feel they need to work on QC in back (for oysters, mussels) and attention to detail (wrong side fish) and the bar stock (turned wine); however the entrees were so good this still gets 5 star.

Staff were extremely rude. I don’t care if they’re understaffed or busy. Being rude to paying customers is unacceptable. To make matters worse our server Brandon spoke to us in the most condescending manner from the moment we took a seat and before we could even order. For being located in the St. Regis the food didn’t hit the mark. Steaks were chewy and burnt, food was nothing special and service was horrible. Save yourself the trip, in wonderful park city Utah this was the only place that left a bad taste for our group. Had better food and service at every restaurant but Rime. For an establishment like this we were highly disappointed.
