Food was good sized portions and was good, but not stellar. Water was very good. Service was prompt and attentive. Need more Dessert options. Dessert was pathetic. I ordered key lime pie and it was literally a large square of pie crust (mostly crust) with about a 1/4 key lime, which was lumpy and not a smooth curd and some whipped cream with lime shavings. Was a square tart, not pie. Someone needs to teach the pastry chef how to make key lime Pie, because this was not Pie. Was...
Sammy’s Bistro has become our favorite Park City restaurant. We’ve tried several menu items and found you pretty much can’t go wrong. The steak frites is outstanding! The southwestern chicken salad was more amazing than I imagined, and huge! Today we tried 5 different entrees and the quality, flavor, portion size, and price were great. We all walked away full and happy. The outdoor dining was lovely also.
We had five meals and only one of us left even a little bit satisfied. I had the halibut tacos and they were very dry. Two ordered steak and both said it was bland. Another had a salad, which was also bland. We did enjoy the coconut shrimp appetizer. It was OK but definitely would not eat here again.
