We had dinner at this family restaurant which owns by a couple last evening.They have one of the best sushi we ever had and the best sushi in town . The owners were nice and friendly even though they were busy preparing the sushi. The servers were also nice and helpful. The place is cozy and located only 6 mins drive from Utah Olympic Park. Highly recommended.
I personally would not dine in here, something about the smell and how cramped it was, was really off-putting. Thankfully, I got take out. It was good, not great. Probably won’t order from here again until they clean out the place and get the weird smell out.
I’ve been eating at Shoyu for 10+ years and love it! Definitely my favorite sushi spot in Park City and the staff is super friendly and social. Many times they’ve gone out of their way to make our experience special.
