But it's consistently good and the chef himself acts as the expediter, checking every dish before it leaves the kitchen. “Ulises is hands down the best server in the world—especially in the great state of Utah! He recommended a drink from his home country, the pisco sour, and now I’m completely hooked.

The star of the show was the piquillo peppers—stuffed with crab and served in a rich lobster Manchego sauce. Absolutely unforgettable. I also tried the lamb chops and patatas bravas—both were exceptional, bursting with bold, robust flavors.

I couldn’t leave without satisfying my sweet tooth with the apple empanada. The perfect ending to a perfect meal.

I can’t wait to come back and try the entire menu. Highly recommended!
