The food was great. Our server was very kind. In order to get to the restroom one has to walk-through an area where there's all kinds of supplies that are exposed to the public. It seemed a little bit odd. When we ran low on drinks, we could not find our server we tried several times to flag went down and no one seemed to pay attention. The restaurant was nearly empty. We eventually got the intention of the host and when we asked him if he could get our server, he told us she was busy taking another order. We understood, and asked if he could help and he said that he could. We let the server know ahead of time that we would be paying separately and that our orders would be separate, however, when the sushi came out, it was all plated together instead of on separate plates, there were some allergies in the group and that made it a little bit difficult, but we navigated the sushi is by far the best that there is around and aside from a few hiccups we definitely will go back

The service was excellent and the ambiance was pretty nice too, but the food wasn't great. We had the larger chef's choice sashimi. When it came, the server didn't tell us what each sashimi was. That's kinda sushi service 101. I know what saki (salmon) and maguro (tuna) looks like, but I was at a loss for the other three. We also had the pork gyoza which was overcooked and was like biting into a rock. Miso soup was lukewarm and the not very memorable specialty roll wasn't good either I'm afraid. This place has everything it needs to be great, the management and back-of-the-house kitchen staff just need to try harder.

Ramen was absolutely terrible. The broth was bland, they don’t put anything noteworthy inside it. Seriously, I’ve eaten ramen all over the country, and this is hands down the worst I’ve ever had. The broth was actually bitter on top of being bland. The ONLY redeeming factor was the braised pork they put inside was half decent. The service was garbage. Rarely did my waitress show up, and I had to go to the counter to pay due to waiting so long for the check. Do yourself a favor and hit another spot.

Blah... Rolls are far from exciting and the service even worse, just because it's in PC doesn't mean it's good

Sushi Blue is a hop, skip, and a jump away from me, so I come more out of convenience rather than quality. Though whoever made my takeout tonight must be new, because they made the rolls with a standard fish/rice ratio and I was pretty shocked.

Normally your basic rolls are all rice with a little dab of tuna or hamachi. I actually got decent sized pieces of hamachi this time and wasn’t overloaded with plain rice. I almost called it quits last time I ordered because for the price, you guys are reallllyyyy cutting back on the fish. We know times are tough, but watching portions shrink to nothing while being charged the same is disappointing.

It would be nice if you offered your special rolls for takeout. The two specials tonight sounded great but you never offer them online.

You guys have been really quick with takeout lately, so thank you! All in all, there are definitely better sushi places in PC, but Sushi Blue is a standard place. Thank you!

Why have you cut down on the amount of fish in the nigiri? The taste is too much rice for the amount of fish. FYI the bathroom was not as clean as it used to be.

Need to have more of a selection of N.A. beers. Free Wave should not be the only one. Your an Asian restaurant carry Asian NA's Blistered green beans were cold and tough. While I like the mini Banh Mi it seems you've changed the beef. Very tough. Bao Buns and Sushi rolls were very good.

Very slow service. 20 minutes for server to show up. Then only returned to table once. Had to request our bill from the manager

I would have loved to give a good review, but when I'm trying to order with over an hour before closing and they are telling me that everything I'm trying to order is out, awful customer service. Shame on your business! I'll never give another dollar to this establishment ever again. Do better!

Sorry they stopped serving Pad Thai. We have been going there for years to have that and Thai Beef s salad.
