My experience at Sushi Blue was not positive. We had a 6:00 reservation and we arrived on time and were seated quickly. That's when the waiting began. We waited for our server and then when she finally arrived we ordered drinks and appetizers. We then waited for her to come back. Then we ordered some rolls. 43 minutes later we still didn't have our rolls. I asked a couple of times about where our food was. We left at 6:57 without an apology or explanation as to what happened to our order.

 We were Met by the hostess in promptly seated... However, the host has failed to acknowledge an open table reservation prompting open table to inquire why I had missed the reservation ??? Service was slow at best... With very little attention... The food arrived properly and was good, not great We sat for 20 minutes with plates empty in front of us until servers decided to clear plates A bit surprising overall for a Tuesday night that didn't seem that busy First time experience ...

Disrespectful staff, terrible customer service. Online ordering was off so we called today to place a to-go order. The woman said they were too busy to take to-go orders and to call back at 3:30pm. We did, a man answered and said he needed to put us on hold. We held for over 15 minutes. During that time we called from another phone as well, the woman answered again and we said we’d like to place a to-go order and were calling back after 3:30pm like she told us to, she put us on hold. The first phone was taken off hold at that time and we were just listening to sounds of the restaurant and the man and woman talking about how they wanted all the people on the phone to just hang up. They were never interested in taking our orders or speaking with us at all. Such a shame. Horrible staff.

We are a family of 4 that eat sushi at least once per week, everything from high end to grocery store sushi. None of us were happy with the quality or presentation of the sushi. We ordered a variety of items on the menu, including a couple specialty rolls, 3 vegetarian rolls and some simple salmon avocado rolls. Service, ambiance was fine, but we won't be back.

We have been visiting shushi blue for years, and sadly it has slid a bit backward. The quality was just “Ok”, and when the roles came out my daughter asked me if one role was a kids portion. Jokes aside, it was one of the smallest “Rolls” I have seen at a Shushi restaurant. Size good, but this was tiny and just mid. We agreed it's time to find a new restaurant for our dad and daughter's tradition.

Disappointing that they undercooked the sushi rice, basic ingredient for sushi. They need to figure this out. Fish itself was good. Pork belly was chewy, not cooked properly, the ramen broth tepid. Would not recommend this for people who know good sushi and ramen.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have to come at least once when I visit the Canyons. This time I went twice! The tofu coconut curry ramen is SO good and huge. I eat most of the broth as my starter soup and then take the rest home for lunch the next day. We also order edamame and blistered green beans. I love their sushi rolls...so many to choose from, but I especially like their spicy tuna. My husband gets the sashimi platter. I also order a wonton chicken salad To Go with the wontons, chicken and YUMMY salad dressing on the side for a perfect lunch the next day.

Chef Mike over at the sushi bar made some good Nigiri’s for us.
Menu prices seems a little on the upper side though

Sushi Blue was amazing! The food was super fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere was perfect for a chill lunch in Park City. Michelle and Don took such great care of us—they were so kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for great sushi and even better service! 🍣✨

My wife and I absolutely love Sushi Blue. We go quite often. The food is top notch. It's not traditional Japanese but more Asian Fusion and it's delicious. Everything from sushi rolls, to salads, and the coconut curry ramen is absolutely amazing.

We ordered sushi take out. The front host was very friendly, but during our drive home the car started to smell of fish. The tuna wasn’t bad, but the hamachi, scallops and salmon were all very fishy. We were unable to eat the hamachi and scallops.

Very tasty varieties we enjoyed. I wish the chef had followed our instruction to make more cuts for smaller roll bites so we could enjoy without feeling there was too much in each bite.

The food was great. Our server was very kind. In order to get to the restroom one has to walk-through an area where there's all kinds of supplies that are exposed to the public. It seemed a little bit odd. When we ran low on drinks, we could not find our server we tried several times to flag went down and no one seemed to pay attention. The restaurant was nearly empty. We eventually got the intention of the host and when we asked him if he could get our server, he told us she was busy taking another order. We understood, and asked if he could help and he said that he could. We let the server know ahead of time that we would be paying separately and that our orders would be separate, however, when the sushi came out, it was all plated together instead of on separate plates, there were some allergies in the group and that made it a little bit difficult, but we navigated the sushi is by far the best that there is around and aside from a few hiccups we definitely will go back
