Why have you cut down on the amount of fish in the nigiri? The taste is too much rice for the amount of fish. FYI the bathroom was not as clean as it used to be.
Need to have more of a selection of N.A. beers. Free Wave should not be the only one. Your an Asian restaurant carry Asian NA's Blistered green beans were cold and tough. While I like the mini Banh Mi it seems you've changed the beef. Very tough. Bao Buns and Sushi rolls were very good.
Very slow service. 20 minutes for server to show up. Then only returned to table once. Had to request our bill from the manager
Sorry they stopped serving Pad Thai. We have been going there for years to have that and Thai Beef s salad.
The rolls are solid and have fun names (typically after celebs). But the standouts are the daily specials for fresh fish. It is a bit pricey (especially if going with a group + drinks) but one of the better spots in Park City.
We eat here regularly, but usually for lunch and the service is usually very good. This time we were there for dinner on a Sunday evening, and the service was spotty due to what seemed to be more diners than they had expected.
Love this restaurant and always enjoy it. The curry ramen is wonderful and the Banh mi sandwich is always a favorite as well. great sushi as well.
Our service was great, the coconut cocktail was delicious and the food was good, but aside from the Thai beef salad, nothing was remarkable. The rolls were presented without wasabi or ginger and were a bit sloppy in their preparation. Several basic items (ebi, tako) are missing from the menu. Overall, the restaurant lacks ambience and feels much like what it is, a space in a strip mall.
Very attentive staff and very attentive manager. Great food and the saki was very hot. Best experience I've had there in 20 years. Nice job!
Always the best food and service at Sushi Blue! We live in PC and eat here for lunch and dinner frequently!

We went last night and they were out of fried rice, the noodle dish and several sushi rolls. You had to ask for wasabi and ginger. The waitress looked like she didn't want to be there. The food we did order was good. But overall a disappointing experience.
Food was pretty good but service and timing on delivery of food was horrible - waitress didn't seem to care that 2 people in our party had still not received their food 15 minutes after the rest of us were done Terrible service!
The sushi had a lot of sinew if you don't like “textures” in your sushi. The tataki dish especially had a lot of sinew and I had to take a lot off. Maybe I caught them on an off day? I hope so.
Friendly service, beautiful and warm interior, delicious food! Especially recommend the lettuce cups. our party had a variety of blues rolls each as delicious as the next!!
The staff was the only positive aspect of my experience at Sushi Blue. I had high hopes when I walked in and was greeted so kindly, but the food was very disappointing. My sushi roll completely fell apart, making it impossible to eat properly—I had to treat it like a rice bowl instead. For a fried roll priced at $20, it was severely undercooked. To make matters worse, it was the only thing I ate that day, and by the time I got home, I was sick to my stomach. I’m fairly certain it gave me food poisoning. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
