The food was great. Our server was very kind. In order to get to the restroom one has to walk-through an area where there's all kinds of supplies that are exposed to the public. It seemed a little bit odd. When we ran low on drinks, we could not find our server we tried several times to flag went down and no one seemed to pay attention. The restaurant was nearly empty. Sushi Blue is a hop, skip, and a jump away from me, so I come more out of convenience rather than quality. Though whoever made my takeout tonight must be new, because they made the rolls with a standard fish/rice ratio and I was pretty shocked.

Normally your basic rolls are all rice with a little dab of tuna or hamachi. I actually got decent sized pieces of hamachi this time and wasn’t overloaded with plain rice. I almost called it quits last time I ordered...

Need to have more of a selection of N.A. beers. Free Wave should not be the only one. Your an Asian restaurant carry Asian NA's Blistered green beans were cold and tough. While I like the mini Banh Mi it seems you've changed the beef. Very tough. Bao Buns and Sushi rolls were very good.
