Went there for Chocolate Croissant at 11:00AM and they were out. So I settled for a chocolate chip cookie and it was delicious, but I was still discouraged. That was on me.

I’m a Park City local and so happy to have a place that makes the BEST cinnamon rolls (Friday and Saturdays only) and everything bagel and beignets in the city. The breakfast sandwich on English muffin is also tasty. Amazing fresh baked sourdough bread too.

The staff here are always so welcoming, kind, and attentive. Especially Kiel? Not sure of his name spelling, but he’s always been very friendly and helpful to my wife and I every time we’ve come in for breakfast dine in and takeout.

I love the Bake Shop!!! I am so glad to live so close by to such a cool place. Their pastries are always delicious and they have a nice rotation of them. I’ve enjoyed every baked good I’ve ever gotten there, sweet and savory! I’ve also gotten their avocado toast and it was delicious, the ingredients are so fresh and tasty. The customer service is always great.

I visited the bake shop looking to get some breads for the week. I got a baguette, piece of Focaccia, and a ham and cheese croissant for $25.. at this price I would expect everything to be top tier. Sadly, the croissant and focaccia were underbaked. I thought the bottom of the focaccia might have smudges of butter on it, but realized it was underbaked dough. Im pretty sure the croissant also was not traditional croissant dough, felt and tasted more like underdone pie crust? It was very dense dough with no crunchiness of a traditional croissant on the exterior. I will say the folks that helped me were kind and the shop is bright, clean, and spacious. If you are going to visit, I’d examine the items you are buying (especially the bottom) before leaving to exchange for fully baked ones if possible

Incredible beignets, questionable service. Thank you for the cold chai that didn't have the milk as requested

We really liked the food and the customer service! The coffee and tea were just okay, but I was missing something to make it great. I was going to rate 4 stars, but we felt the food was too good to pass up. O think using some almond creamer instead of almond milk may help?

Delicious sourdough bread! Wonderful selection of pastries. Very friendly staff and I received some good advice from the baker on making sourdough bread. We continue to go back for more goodness!

So delicious. Stopped here after yoga at PC Yoga Collective next door. The Bake Shop’s door was open and the smell was so good! We walked in for impromptu pastries! Got the spinach/feta croissant and scone. Both incredible, but crowd fave was the croissant. Thank you!

I am amazed at this local gem in Park City. I stopped in this morning to get a latte on my drive down the canyon, and this is easily one of the best coffees I’ve had. The sweets looked fresh, delicious, and you can tell this place is curated with love. Check it out!
