I have absolutely no idea how this place is within the 4 star review range. The food is insanely overpriced and portions are pathetic. The omelette had cut up sausage links and so much air inside. The potatoes were dry and bland. My husband’s skillet tasted like I was chewing cud with a cow; the spinach was limp and wet. Genuinely, I have never been so disappointed in such easy to make dishes. The servers were friendly, and that’s literally the only redeemable quality about going to eat there.

The Eating Establishment in Park City is a warm and cozy breakfast spot that instantly feels welcoming. It’s packed with all the comfort food you could ask for, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. I ordered the 2-egg breakfast and it was perfect—eggs cooked exactly right, well-seasoned breakfast potatoes, and perfectly toasted sourdough that tied the whole plate together. A wonderful place to start the day!

This restaurant did not disappoint! One thing I particularly enjoyed was the exceptional level of service and the inviting atmosphere. The service was attentive and prompt, ensuring that we had a pleasant dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and cleared our plates promptly. As someone with Spanish-speaking family members, I appreciated the server’s efforts to bridge the language barrier and make us feel included.

Been here many times but when we came with a large party of 10, the service was not welcoming. Tatiana was our server and was very short, seemed annoyed and she seemed inconvenienced to serve us…when she handed us our plates she slammed them down on the tables and sighed. When it was time to pay, we asked her to split the bill per couples, and she again, sighed and said “I’ll try my best…” when she was splitting out bill, she told us what we had and when we corrected her, she had a rebuttal as if we didn’t know what we ordered our selves…Food was good and atmosphere was great.

I had company in town for a weekend and wanted to go up to Park city for brunch. We looked online and found this restaurant that had high reviews. The reviews were on point. The ambience of the restaurant nice and had a homey feeling. It was a bit cold outside and we were seated at a table next to the fireplace, which was really nice. I got one pancake and huevos rancheros. And both were so delicious! But the huevos rancheros were extra good! Very flavorful and very fresh tasting. I couldn’t stop eating even though I was totally full. And had to have some bites of the pancake as well. The service was good, even though the place was busy. And the prices were very reasonable. We found parking fairly quick on the street as we went a bit early on Saturday morning. By the time we got out the parking situation was crazy. So definitely try to get there earlier in the morning on a Saturday or Sunday.
This is a staple spot for breakfast on my short trips to Park City. The coffee is phenomenal and they aren't shy about the refills. I had the corned beef hash with overeasy eggs. The hash was obviously homemade and the eggs were perfectly runny. The staff is welcoming, kind, and attentive (without being overbearing). This is a must visit.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m leaving frustrated at my experience.
The server never returned to our table. My mother never got a water to begin with so we all shared our drinks with her. He never came and asked if we would like drinks at all so we just contented ourselves with water thinking in vain that maybe he would be back to ask. We flagged down another waiter when everyone’s water was gone. We then waited for a check after the meal which never came. We got someone cleaning tables to go get our waiter to give us a check. We were then happy to hear our gratuity was automatically included on our checks. Maybe there is no reason to serve when a tip is guaranteed. I guess we still have to pay 20% for no service at all.
I don’t know if anyone will read this, but it lead to a very frustrating experience and evening. There are many great restaurants in Park City and we are frequent vacationers. We certainly won’t be back to this place and I hope that this review helps other to determine where they should spend their money and time.

Disappointed with the food. Steak salad had 4 small pieces of steak that was fatty and had grizzle. The salad was small and just cabbage. The dressing was tasty but there was way too much! It was not at all worth $22. I’m not coming back to this establishment. The music was good. The service was fair.
