The Hirsch is a cute place with nice vibes, offering a nice outdoor terrace for a quick bite. The fondue offering is great, with new add ons of Brisket and Bratwurst, and the schnitzel is the best on the west coast. The foie gras is very tasty. The restaurant has an extensive wine selection, attentive waitstaff, and a warm, inviting ambience. The service is really nice, and the friendly team and incredible new design make for a great time. It is one of the favorite places in Park City, with elevated cuisine and ambiance. The restaurant keeps the Austrian ambiance. However, some reviews note that the fondue lacked flavor, the bread was super hard, and the veggies looked and tasted like frozen vegetables. The schnitzel was burnt with dirty, old-tasting oil. The drinks are phenomenal.
