Exceptional service and food. Experience will be even better when the renovations have be completed in the original restaurant location.

We've dined at Goldener Hirsch many times over the past 6 years and last nights meal was very disappointing. I understand the restaurant is going through renovations but the quality of the food was very sub par. I doubt we will dine there again.

Terrible, terrible and more terrible. Went to celebrate my husband's 75 birthday. Looking forward to sitting in the quaint bar area for a cocktail and looking forward to sitting in the dining room. The whole building is being remodeled. We sat in the bridge that connects the older part of the building with the new. Nothing was on open table regarding the remodel. The manager stated that it was on open table but alas, it was not. That was his only response. Oh well yes it is on open table. He never came by to see how we were doing to apologize or anything. I felt like he blamed us for even being upset about the remodel. This is. It our first time there. We have been going to that restaurant for over 25 years. Same prices on the food, which, was mediocre. So disappointed in the whole experience. I completely understand the need for remodeling, however, I will never understand how we were treated.

Our server CJ was amazing, but when comparing to the Goldner in Salzberg it was rushed and not super relaxing. the schnitzel was burnt...the oil it was cooked it was dirty / old tasting. I will say the drinks were phenomenal, and i have lunched here multiple times and it's too notch.

Just ok, didn't match up with online reviews. Schnitzel was bland and overcooked with the breading separating from the veal. “Potato Salad” on the side was unseasoned, plain boiled potatoes. Very underwhelming.

The food is always delicious, and all the staff was very nice! We've been coming for years :)

We enjoyed the Signature Fondue and added the bratwurst. The bread for fondue was the right texture, firm and almost dried out (in a good way), so that as you dipped break into the fondue, it kept its structure and did not disintegrate into the fondue. Bread was dry but good, and perfect for dipping. The scallops starter was a nice pairing of creamed corn and lingonberry - this creative combination was so yummy! Pumpkin gnocchi was also a winner for us. We were there celebrating the sale of our condo, and the dessert chef created a dessert specifically for us with a chocolate drizzle in the shape of a house. So clever and unexpected. A great place when you want to splurge & celebrate. Highly recommend. The ambiance transports you to Europe.

Sofia was amazing, enhancing our apres ski experience. Cannot wait to return for some fondue and schnitzel!

Best meal we had during our stay in Park City. The food and drinks were amazing, on top of the fantastic service, we could not have pick a better place to dine. I would come back to Park City just to dine at the Goldener Hirsch.

We came here thrice during our stay. Once for Apres ski, lunch and dinner. The food was just absolutely amazing! Delicious fondue, bison pasta, wagyu beef and out of the world cocktails. The service was impeccable.
We will absolutely be back.

Really nice spot for lunch while skiing. Go through the silver lake lodge and walk out the back.
Don't miss the soft pretzel to start.
The salad is really good and I like it with the steak.
