The service and atmosphere are very nice. The quiche, granola/yogurt and chocolate croissant were excellent. Unfortunately the cappuccino was very disappointing. I will never understand why a legitimate cafe, bakery or coffee house would offer a 16 or 20 oz cappuccino. This isn't Starbucks. It should be served in a 6 oz cup for a robust espresso flavor, otherwise I would order a latte. They corrected my drink size (the 12 oz was still too much), however the milk was burned. Enjoyed perfect mountain morning views on the porch at Kitz Cafe, Deer Valley Utah. Perfect setting that was matched by quality of food and service. Shout out to Lio, Anja and Juan for their craft. Hospitality seemed second nature for them. Thank you!
