Don't have the food but the atmosphere of the place is very "chill". The view is breathtaking ❤️Kid-friendliness: The children have a heated pool and hot tub to play in.

We have stayed at most Pendry and Montage resorts over the years. Their brands are exceptional with value and hospitality. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Pendry Park City is new and inviting with so much to offer.

The staff and amenities at Pendry were wonderful. I ate in all of the restaurants at the hotel and the food was consistent and very good. All the staff from the restaurants, front desk and housekeeping were polite and professional. I recommend this hotel to families and business travel.

The Pendry Park City is a 5 star property with 5 star service. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Many restaurants surround the property as well as a small market that also sells liquor. Gondola is 100 yards away and will take you to the top of the mountain for dining, hiking, mountain bike riding. Any equipment you need you can rent there. For the less outdoorsy, they have a wonderful spa with a rooftop pool/jacuzzi and bar/restaurant. Can do fine dining in the vicinity also. I would highlyh recommend for both families as well as couples.

Don’t book the Resort View King rooms You get the adjoining room for a suite so you get zero amenities. It’s very cold & soulless. No view, no floor to ceiling windows or balcony. It’s a very basic room product. The lobby and Apres Pendry is nice On check out there was also unexpected fees on top of a resort fee for portage )which I didn’t use ) and also housekeeping gratuity after I had left cash in the room for housekeeping.

We decided to stop in Park City, Utah to break up the trip. Among AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts hotel options, we chose the Pendry Hotel as it was not far off the Highway and yet in the Ski Resort. It was a very different experience to Denver’s Limelight Hotel. Yes, they allowed us to park the McLaren at the front door (for $50) but advised against leaving it there (Yes in Park City at a 5* Hotel). We were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which looked beautiful upon entering, albeit we are not big fans of the cool, grey interior. We quickly discovered the toilet was in the middle of the bathroom, there was no bathtub, the furniture, while nice to look at but was incredibly uncomfortable. That evening we realized the air conditioning vent was in the living room leaving us no choice but to leave the bedroom door open, even then, it was uncomfortable warm sleeping. Dinner was ok but certainly not what I would expect from a 5* hotel. While there were plenty of staff, the service was terrible. It was as if they had blinders on and getting dishes cleared was a undertaking. Breakfast was no different. Upon our return visit, we had a similar experience. They upgraded us to a Suite which was similar to the one-bedroom we stayed in with all the same comments. However, while the air conditioner was in the same room as the bed, the microwave oven had this bright white light that kept waking us up. We tried to cover it and unplug it, but to no avail. Needless to say, the Dinner and Breakfast were no better than our first night at the Pendry. Tip #1 to the Pendry: Stay overnight in each of your rooms to experience it as a guest would Tip #2 to the Pendry: Train your restaurant and bar staff how to serve.

Customer service at the hotel, restaurants, Gondola, Concierge, bar were all on point! Was there for 2 nights for a business event and there were a lot of us, and we had a very pleasant experience! From the moment we all piled in at once, to the late nights hanging out in the bar area and courtyards just enjoying ourselves, staff were very accommodating, kind and attentive!

We had the most enjoyable experience at the Pendry Park City. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. The beds were the best part. The view and location cannot be beat. Easy access to everything Park City has to offer. The staff could not do enough for you. They were so kind and helpful. The food was also great. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel was immaculate, and check-in was simple and super convenient. Alli from Concierge helps us to schedule all of our daily activities well in advance...and even arranged a grocery service to fully stock our fridge prior to our arrival. The entire staff was courteous throughout, and housekeeping was wonderful and came twice a day. We had an incredible experience and cannot recommend Pendry high enough!

I was in town for a wedding and stayed in the group block at the Pendry. This was the most disappointing "luxury" hotel stay I've had in years. Even though the hard product was good, most of my other experiences were terrible. Service at the main restaurant was chaotic, housekeeping was sporadic and I had host of surprise billing fees -- while legit -- weren't disclosed before arrival or at check-in. I hope this is something the hotel will remedy ASAP. I know summer is slow in mountain towns and staffing is still a challenge for a lot of brands, but it feels like this was the start of new crop of J-1 visa employees. Winter is prime time for a property like this for sure, but this was a summer let down on all accounts. There were other issues, but frankly I don't have the time to write them out. I had friends at the Waldorf, St. Regis, Hyatt Centric and the Westgate across the street and they all have stellar stays. These might be better choices if you're looking for a late summer getaway in Park City. Again, what a let down from a brand that I like a lot!

What an amazing place. Karen the bartender is so friendly. And the manager TJ is amazing. The burger is great. Bar selection of tequilas are great and high end.

Karen was our bartender and has been amazing. Gave us great food recommendations nearby. The tequila selection here is high end. The manager TJ is great. He suggested some good beers. Solid crew of people.

Obnoxious DJ music all weekend. Had to shout at my friends while at the pool - it was so loud that we could hear club music in our room too. Ruined our time at the Pendry.
