Complete confusion between hostesses and servers. Struggled to communicate with hostesses as well. Drinks (champagne) were served in a plastic glass. Disappointing service compared to other St. Regis locations. View was quite nice.

This place is a joke and st Regis should shut this down. Highlights from our meal:
1. Steak on Caesar salad with was shoe leather well done
2. One of our party asked for a burger with everything, it was brought without, the waiter argued about that then took 20 minutes to bring the new burger when we said we were in a rush.
3. When we asked for the check, the waiter gave us an attitudinal “oh really” for no reason.
Also, brought us lukewarm weak ice coffee without any ice.
How. Dare. They.

The vintage room is supposed to be this amazing apres experience. Unless you are planning to apres no ski, it’s a waste of time. They only have 5-6 tables and they oversell them every weekend. We showed up at lunch time, were told it would be only 30 minutes to get in by the DJ and 2 security guards. We waited with several parties and we all didn’t get in after 2+ hours. The room was empty and boring because the fun people were all waiting outside

If you don't have a table you're not going to get in. This place is a joke and they make fake promises. We arrived at 12:30 after calling at 11am and asking if we should arrive now and they laughed at us saying that's ridiculous. Horrible and disorganized establishment.
For 3.5 hours they kept telling us only 30 more minutes... absolute joke.

If you were hoping for the kind of refined hospitality that one expects from a St. Regis, prepare yourself for something closer to a roadside motel that just ran out of coffee at the complimentary breakfast.
Our party of four arrived at the bar at this ostensible five-star resort, eager to settle into an evening of cocktails and quiet luxury. What we got instead was a masterclass in what happens when a brand trades on its name rather than its service. There were at least six empty seats at the bar, a mirage of hospitality just out of reach. The reason? The two bartenders were “overwhelmed,” an explanation delivered with the kind of finality one might expect from a national crisis.
Was the bar full? No. Were the bartenders mixing cocktails at breakneck speed, sweat pouring down their brows in a valiant effort to serve the thirsty masses? Also no. They were merely “overwhelmed.” By what? The mere thought of us, perhaps.
And so we stood, waiting. And waiting. Like a group of weary travelers denied entry at an exclusive club, except the club was a bar with empty seats and the bouncer was a vague sense of managerial neglect.
St. Regis is a name that conjures images of effortless elegance, impeccable service, and that slight but intoxicating whiff of old money. But here, among the ski jackets and confused glances, it felt more like a Best Western that had misplaced its training manual.
To the bartenders: I hope you have recovered. To the manager: You may want to pop your head in every once in a while. And to future guests: Consider drinking elsewhere. If nothing else, it’ll save you the indignity of begging for a seat that no one else is using.
(The picture posted is of drinks we wished we received but never had…because we were never seated)

Beautiful snow filled day. It would be great to sit outside near the fire. The problem is if you have food allergies, there is no help for you. No Customer service here. Tried to sit inside, and there was an hour and a half "wait" for lunch. Tried to order a coffee to bring outside and not allowed. We left to go back to Park City. They have better service there.

We have been going here for years. They recently changed their drink policy. We used to order a blood mary and enjoy the view. Not allowed anymore. The host and hostess in the restaurant were very rude.

If you put your name in be prepared to wait longer than they tell you, then get notified your table is ready only for them to give it away when we were right there. Ready and waiting. Because of “VIP guests”. Seriously the food and drinks are so not worth it to get treated like second class. St Regis is ran by people that can be bought and then lie to your face. Sad.

Overpriced and not worth it. If you like looking at people in Montclair puffers with Gucci sunglasses then this place is for you. If you are not in the 1% and are not entitled than this place is not for you. If you are then go ahead and drink $30 glasses of wine . Avoid if you are not pretentious.

Paid for a Valley View King room with a balcony. We were given a regular king room, no balcony, next to the elevator. Receptionist gave my 12 week old a teddy bear on arrival which was a nice touch. However, the hotel charged us a higher price for a higher room and never mentioned at all that they were putting us in the base room… only upon entering the room did we discover that we had been bait and switched! Because of this, we also missed the champagne toast and smores as we tried to decide what to do. My husband then tried to call down to the front desk, our room phone doesn’t even work! For $2,800.00 a night before tax stay elsewhere! Beware unless you want an expensive hassle.
The staff was amazing ? The rooms were perfect and the food is 5 stars!

Had a terrible experience here. Came here for a friend’s 80th birthday. Service was terrible and I am amazing laid back and very patient. They missed 2 orders on our table of 12. We just canceled the orders because the other orders took over an hour. The person next to me ordered a Caesar Salad with Wild salmon and his salad came out with Farmed Salmon with no dressing. It took him half an hour to get dressing. Really bad that a place like this advertises wild salmon and serves farmed salmon. We had Burger King last night and that was actually a better meal.
Went for a classy experience. The restaurant was empty when we arrived and they told us there was a 15 minute wait. We waited for about 20 minutes, didn’t receive a text as promised, and went back to be told our table was ready. We waited at the table in an empty dining room for 10 minutes wondering why they were ignoring us, or if they forgot about us. A single glass of wine was extensively marked up. The charcuterie and cheese board was fine but very mild.

Cold mussels and garlic bread. Waited an hour for food. Burger over cooked. Staff way too slow.
