Well I would like to start by saying that what you see on the menu online is NOT what they have !!! Menu changes daily or weekly , but the food was awesome!! Just don't have your heart set on what you saw online.

Outstanding experience, food, service and value. Thoughtfully prepared and incredibly tasty octopus appetizer and trout entree. Creatively plated. Friendly, prompt and attentive service. Well-worth the drive from SLC.

Delicious! I had the trout and it was so good. My husband had General Tso cauliflower and who would believe cauliflower and eggplant could be so tasty!! We also had an order of focaccia bread and an order of the olives both were wonderful. Service was also very good and I wish I could remember the name of our server because she was very good! Don't let the outside dissuade you from eating at Twisted Fern you won't be disappointed!
