We had a wonderful time at Yama Sushi during our stay at the Montage in Deer Valley. We love sushi and the dishes were exquisite. We also loved and appreciated the friendly servers.

Everything was perfect except the atmosphere. We sat at a booth but felt too far way from each other so moved to small table. Lighting could be dimmed to give a more cozy intimate environment. Food was perfect. Music great. Service exceptional.

We have been coming back to Yama sushi for years because the food is so fresh, inventive and the service is just always so amazing! Whenever we come Chef Yamamoto always remembers us and gives us a taste for something special! Caitlyn and Randi is the definition of “service with a smile.” I highly recommend this place!!
