“We had an amazing time with our stay here! The staff were amazing with their customer service. Ryan, Ivan and Christina were great with many awesome recommendations on things to do and always smiling at the front desk. The rooms were nice and clean and beds super comfy. We stayed 7 days and did plenty of wonderful adventures in Zion Park(the Narrows is a must), Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, we even drove out to the Grand Canyon!! We also rented ATV with the spot across the street which was very convenient and went all through Brian Head which had amazing views!! We will definitely return again! All the Staff were amazing couldn’t list them all but management should be proud!! Shows that management is amazing also! Thanks for a great vacation!“

“Went there on Saturday April 26 with my parents and kids after a long day due to a funeral and burial. Had the worst waitress (colored girl) not sure of her name. She didn't introduce herself to us. We ordered our food. We all got it, except for my Dad. When he asked where the food was, all she did was look at us stupid. Then by the time most of us were done, his food came. He asked for utensils, again, she gave us a stupid look. Being the kind and generous person my husband is, he left a nice tip. I was ready to grab it off the table and leave without giving her a tip. He told me to leave it, so I did. We will NEVER eat there again. Customer service needs to improve by 1000% Personality is the key in the hospitality industry. This girl didn't have it. You need to hire people that will greet their customers upon arrival and be happy to be there. Otherwise, you're going to lose business. And, for that, you lost ours.“
