HIGH VOLTAGE BBQ is THE BBQ place of Southern Utah and probably all of Utah. They showed up for my beautiful wedding and provided the most amazing meal for us even with the wind not being on our side they were flexible and just amazing. I have no regerts after trying High Voltage BBQ. I was highly dubious about a 5 star rated bbq in a small town but I am a true believer now. This is the best brisket I have ever had. House sauce was d-lic-ious boy. Non-traditional coleslaw was super fresh and had some kinda kick. Will be stopping by every Friday/Saturday that I am in the area. Also, met one of the owners and you can feel their passionate about what they do, which is make dang good Q!
