I have no regerts after trying High Voltage BBQ. I was highly dubious about a 5 star rated bbq in a small town but I am a true believer now. This is the best brisket I have ever had. House sauce was d-lic-ious boy. Non-traditional coleslaw was super fresh and had some kinda kick. Will be stopping by every Friday/Saturday that I am in the area. Also, met one of the owners and you can feel their passionate about what they do, which is make dang good Q!
The BBQ is really good. I tried every type of meat they had and both mac and cheese recipes. I preferred the cut brisket and the ribs. The rub they use is great. i wasn't crazy about the BBQ sauce options. The smoked mac n cheese was great! atmosphere was nice and friendly. our order was rung up incorrectly unfortunately we were charged for full pound of brisket and chicken but we're only given 1/2 pound.
