This is what a local cafe or diner should be. Their breakfast was great and the staff friendly. Really generous portions for a more than reasonable price -- actually a great price!! It's hard to find breakfast places that aren't as costly as semi-fancy dinner place anymore,
There were lots of locals (who also knew each other), which is always a good sign.
Worth a stop or a drive (even from Cedar or Beaver)!!
We didn't do dinner, but their lunch and dinner prices looked equally reasonable.

Parowan Cafe literally has the best omelets… they’re fluffy, cooked perfectly, and the vegetables inside are perfect too- not soggy or greasy. They have ruined me getting omelets anywhere else 🤷🏼♀️ The breakfast potatoes are also cooked and seasoned perfectly. We haven’t gotten anything we haven’t liked. I just noticed that I can’t get an omelet cooked as well as they do anywhere else! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I picked up cinnamon rolls from 3 places in Parowan today to do a taste test. My favorite by far was the roll from Parowan Cafe (pictured at the top). The frosting was delicious, the cinnamon was present without being overwhelming, but the bread itself was the star of the show. Absolutely delicious.
