Went in to get dinner on December 6th 2024 place my order with specifics ordered a family English chip and said to make sure it was fully cooked with cheese on it and ordered two swiss burgers with no mustard no pickles no tomatoes mayonnaise only extra onions the English chips were still raw the sandwiches were caked with mustard and pickles worst dinner I've ever had there either somebody needs to help train these kids more and get them to understand what people want when they order it certain ways I will probably never eat there again I cannot have mustard and had to completely scrape my sandwiches and remake them the bread for the swiss burgers was burnt to a crisp hope they do better in the future for anybody else who eats there

Wow! Really impressive service. We had a big order and the bag ripped when the food was handed through the window and fell to the ground. It was probably as much my fault as the very nice young lady who handed the food, but she claimed full responsibility, apologized sincerely, and immediately rushed to remake the whole order. We said not to worry about remaking the individually wrapped cheeseburgers bc they didn’t contact the ground, yet she did remake everything and was very sweet about the whole thing. Really nice example of service recovery and customer-first attitude that you don’t get very often these days. Can’t recommend highly enough. We’ll be back and will tell our friends.

I like going to this small town eatery. They have awesome ice cream smooth and fresh. These guys have the best fries around with lots of other food to choose from that makes it fun for everyone to have there favorite all at one stop. The workers are happy and friendly super helpful always a place for us to go to .

Very pleasantly surprised by the great food and wonderful staff. I had intended to eat at the Diner, but they were closed. Excellent patty melt with great marbled bread. Tasty double burger. Excellent and plentiful fries and chips (fish and chips). Tasty fish. Great place in Parowan!

(Review of visit a couple weeks ago.) I stopped here at about 4:30 pm on an out of town work trip. I had not eaten since breakfast so wanted a big meal. I got a loaded burger and large onion rings. Very good experience, from the lovely young lady who took my order, to the great food, and the "independent junk food place" vibe. Highly recommended.
