On a drive from socal to colorado i stopped at the Valor Hotel in Parowan Utah. Right off I-15. Smokin Joes BBQ shares a parking lot with the hotel and i walked over for dinner. The place is modestly sized, super clean and nicely decorated. The two women that waited on me were very charming and nice. I ordered a brisket sandwich and beans. I had a feeling it was going to be good when one of the ladies pulled out of a hot drawer a big piece of uncut brisket and started slicing....
Saw this place on Facebook and decided to give it a try. We drove up from Enterprise and I'm glad we did! Great food and awesome staff. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the cornbread was served cold, I prefer it warm. Other than that it was really good!
The pulled pork and slab of ribs have been excellent. The queso cheesy mac is the best we've had.
The only thing that hasn't worked are the sauces.
