Appalling service by rude employees. We got there at 2050, admittedly 10 mins prior to closing to be told by a very rude female employee that they were closed and if they served us then they would have to serve all the others that came behind us. There was no one else there. I thought that when places post a closing time then that's when they actually close. She was a disgrace the way she talked to us and then turned her back and walked away. They don't deserve business treating customers that way. Btw, we went over to the Taco Bell counter and had great service and food, glad they got our business and cash.

I dont think I've ever watched someone handle customers that rudely. I never leave bad reviews, but just had to for this place. My wife asked if she could get a sandwich with turkey instead of ham, and the woman taking orders just said "I guess?" in a put-out tone and just stared at her. Then complained she didn't have a button for that, as though no one has ever asked to substitute a sandwich topping at a subway before! She cut us off when we were talking and acted like we were a huge inconvenience, even though we've worked in the service industry and always try to be especially kind. It was wild. Honestly just posting in hopes her supervisor sees it and can correct her.
