El Tapatio is a fantastic Mexican restaurant run by authentic owners. The menu features delicious and fresh dishes, including the highly-recommended Tres Carne Pinas, a flavorful meal that can be shared with two people and still leave leftovers. The pineapple chicken fajitas, which are not on the menu but can be requested, are another standout, presented in a beautiful pineapple shell and served with homemade chips, fresh salsa, and beans and rice. The staff is wonderful and personable, making for a great dining experience. Despite the nearby construction, El Tapatio is thriving and a must-visit for anyone in the area.
