I went here after a friend told me about it. It was incredible. The Pineapple fajitas was why I went. They position was huge and served in a half pineapple. It feed myself, son and daughter-in-law and we had left overs. Their guacamole was excellent. The service was great also!

Payson doesn’t have many options for Mexican cuisine if im being honest but surprisingly this little spot was actually good. Ive gone 3 times and plan on continuing. The service has been great all 3 times. The ladies attending are very attentive to people coming in the door and come up to you pretty fast to cater to you. The food is tasty and worth putting up with the lack of AC in the summer. The spot is small and I visited this summer and oh man was it hot in there. If they...

El Tapatio in Payson is an absolute hidden gem. From the outside, it might look like a small hole-in-the-wall spot—but walk inside and you’re greeted with a spacious vaulted dining area buzzing with energy, sizzling food, and the unmistakable scent of authentic Mexican cooking.
