Great location, easy in and out, close to I-15. The sandwich was excellent and the server threw in a beverage since he forgot it with my order. I'll stop again when traveling in that area.

I never leave reviews, but Jimmy John’s in Payson is truly the best. The staff is amazing, always so kind and friendly. When I bring my dog through the drive through they often give her a lil piece of bacon (soooo cute!). They forgot to add a pickle in my order, and they went above and beyond to make it right (they called me to apologize, gave me another pickle and a brownie, and offered to give me free lunch). I will continue coming to this Jimmy John’s, they’ve got a loyal...

I have been ordering from this location since they opened and have never been disappointed with the food. It is always made well and the delivery drivers are always nice and courteous.
If I can make one suggestion, try to add a gluten free bun so my wife can order for you as well.
