Don Chuy's Taco Shop | Mexican is a Provo classic. The rolled tacos are a favorite, and the food is often hot and fresh. The Carne Asada fries are good, though the serving sizes are beyond big, enough for two or more. The prices on the food are really good, though some feel it is a bit overpriced for the size of the tacos. The drive through is not the fastest, as food is made when ordered, but service can be pleasant and fast. Some recent visits found the food bland, not even salted. The salsa was very watered down. Online orders have not been ready, with the order being re-taken upon arrival. Overall, the food is SO good, but ordering street tacos instead of large portions is recommended.
