Drive thru lady working Friday the 15 around 2:30 is the rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service- in my entire life. She should not be speaking to customers the way she spoke to us. Degrading and unprofessional to a degree that McDonald’s corporation would be ashamed and appalled.
