Crane Garden Asian Bistro | Sushi • Chinese is a hidden gem that doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the second you walk in, the people are kind and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff and service are fantastic. It injects greatly needed variety in Payson and is the truest example of a family business. The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and way better than expected. The orange chicken tastes fresh every time and has never disappointed, and the sushi rolls—particularly the Vegas and Philly rolls—are great. Lunch meals are a total win with great, satisfying portions. Service is always friendly, quick, and excellent. Customers love this place for sushi, noting the great variety and helpful explanations of dishes. Even an hour before closing, the staff served fresh soups that had run out. The food is amazing, and this Chinese 3.5 star is a USA 5 star. Don’t judge this place by its cover.
