We called to speak to them and just wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Having never been to the place before and it being a delicate, emotional happening, I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t have to stress about this aspect. Ivette (I think that’s her name!) was SO kind on the phone and attentive over the phone and gave her assurance that it would be great. Lucky for us, she was the one that delivered it, too. The boards were set up perfectly and were enjoyed by everyone. The food was quality & delicious and all the condiments were yummy, as well!“

Their professional and talented team of event planners and operations specialists created a lovely and delicious milestone birthday cocktail and dinner event for our family. They were responsive and delightful to work with. Customization is their specialty and attention to detail especially food allergy accommodations were outstanding. The menu choices, and food preparation and presentation created a fabulous dinner buffet. Their bakery selections were also top notch! The onsite manager, chef and bartender were experienced, accommodating and made us feel as though they were family. I could relax and enjoy the party!“

This visit was a little weird, there was only one guy making food and even though we were the second people in line it took forever. It felt like you was rushing me through and wasn't listening to what I was saying and I had to stop him and make him go back multiple times.
Then, he put our food over where we pay and we waited honestly 5 minutes before someone came over to help us pay.“

“They were great at our wedding! Food was amazing. They did all of the set up and all of the clean up, even bussed tables, we didn’t get any of our cocktail hour food so they packed us up a box for after the wedding! So sweet“

“We attended a catered event last night for a senior awards ceremony. I'm told that Brown Brothers did the catering. The food was incredible! The rolls had such a nice home baked flavor (even the butter was perfect). The salad greens with strawberries was so fresh and unblemished. The salad and dressing combination was perfect. The chicken marsala tasted much better than it looked (not that it looked bad, because it didn't! I just didn't expect much from it, but I was definitely wrong!) The slice of roast beef that I was given was perfect! And the mashed potatoes...I could do an entire review just on the potatoes. Everyone at our table thought they were absolutely incredible! Best mashed potatoes I've ever had. The green beans almondine was superb as well. Dessert was perfect as well. I'm not the one who catered the event obviously, so I can't comment on the business side of things. But if it's anything like the food, then it's 100%! I definitely recommend Brown Brothers.“
