This is a cute little place. Good food. Although meat portions seem a bit on the small side. They're also pretty stingy with cheese, even ordering and paying for extra.I've never seen it busy... Hope it doesn't close down!
This is the first Cafe Rio I've ever been to where I felt cheated out on the amount of food that we were given. They also didn't give us a receipt to fill out the survey on the bottom.

The Pleasant Grove Cafe Rio has the worst service of any I have been to. I have ordered on the app. Come to pick up my food at the time stated. And still waited 30 to 40 minutes multiple times. When the screen says my food is done. People Ordering their food in line got theirs way faster. The food flavor has gone way downhill From the good old Cafe Rio days.
