“We went in today to papa Murphy’s about 6:15 and ordered 3 pizzas we stood there for probably 15 minutes while waiting for someone to greet us as we hear two people (male and female) in the back just laughing and talking. Another girl came running in the store from taking her break and instantly apologized and went straight to taking our order and she made all of our pizzas and started an online order all while these two in the back were just bullshitting and laughing and goofing off! I told her how amazing she works and that I see her! That girl deserves a raise! She’s maybe 5’4 130lbs and has brown curly hair! I can’t remember her name but she deserves some praise!“

“The Providence Little Caesars is far superior to the Logan one! I visited the Logan one only to find out they were out of cheese and sauce to make any more pizzas.

Providence always has quick service, friendly employees, and thicker pizza crust than I’ve seen at any Little Caesars. We will drive to the south end of town now for their pizza!“

“Tonight 12/12/24 i ordered 4 pizzas and some ranch cups. They did show up with 3/4 pizzas so they were missing one, but the store is fairly close and knew they would bring my missing pizza right back. I made a joke saying hey since you forgot a pizza tell your manager to throw in some bread bites haha well i wont go into detail but i was surprised and my son was thrilled with what they re delivered with our missing pizza. Mistakes happen and i think you really can rate a business on how they handle and react to said mistakes. In my personal opinion and experience with this domines I think they have some of the best customer service in the food industry in the valley. Thank you guys for going above and beyond after forgetting one of our pizzas you guys are awesome and we will absolutely be ordering from you guys again!“

“I have Celiac Disease and I'm happy to report that this location of Pizza Pie Cafe is taking precautions to avoid cross contamination! I tested my gluten free pizza with the LEO tester, and it came back less than 10 parts per million! We celebrated my daughter's birthday here, and had the BEST time. “I have NEVER had a problem with their food. Always hot and always fast! Just like if it came out of the oven straight to my table. They have forgotten my drinks on a couple occasions but they are so nice and fast that I didn't even care! I made the mistake of ordering from Pizza Hut tonight and after almost two hours I called and canceled my order and ordered from Domino's. Forgive me from straying! I will never do it again! “I have either eaten here, ordered out, had it delivered or worked here in the last two decades. Food is amazing. It always is consistent. They are famous for their breadsticks. They are unlike any other breadstick I’ve had around the state or any other as far as the North West goes. Your salads are yummy and there’s cinnamon bread twists make a great dessert. Come check them out if you haven’t already.“
