I have NEVER had a problem with their food. Always hot and always fast! Just like if it came out of the oven straight to my table. They have forgotten my drinks on a couple occasions but they are so nice and fast that I didn't even care! I made the mistake of ordering from Pizza Hut tonight and after almost two hours I called and canceled my order and ordered from Domino's. Forgive me from straying! I will never do it again! LOVE this store!
I called because I mistakenly ordered to the wrong store as location services were set up weird on my app. The very nice woman working refunded my order (something I was not expecting) and turned an embarrassing mistake on my end into a very positive experience. I regret not asking for her name. I hope management rewards the individual working the night of 9/20 for excellent customer service.
I asked for them to draw a horse on the box and by gosh by golly they delivered. Not one but FOUR HORSES! The pizza is exceptional too, beautifully crafted. Thank you dominos!
