I tried a croquembouche, a beautifully structured cone of choux pastry puffs, along with a five-pack of macarons. The croquembouche was rich, flaky, and delightfully crunchy, each choux puff offering a luscious burst of sweetness. The macarons were light, crisp, and incredibly flavorful.

Discovered this hidden gem in Provo while walking about the city. I ordered a Nutella croissant and it was so delicious I didn't have time to take a picture as I was devouring it. Well made pastries and a friendly staff to boot.
It's a relatively small shop, but there are tables and chairs inside if you want to sit and eat inside. You've likely heard about their cronuts, which are croissant donuts. Definitely worth trying. The Baklava was good as well. They have a good selection of both food and drinks, ranging from macarons to even sandwiches, with different coffees, teas, and even smoothies if my memory serves right. I could see this as a nice place to relax and get some studying or some work...
