Chick-fil-A in Provo

“I use the drive-thru pickup on most my visits. I love how much more organized their drive-thru is compared to most other restaurant’s 2 lane drive-thru’s. There is another checkpoint after your order is taken to verify order with vehicle. Cars rarely cut in because that second check stops them. Love the food and the organization outside the restaurant!“

“They got me the wrong thing, twice. 😅 They initially gave me the wrong drink, I corrected them and showed them my order, and then they gave me a drink that looked similar to a frosted lemonade, so I didn’t question it. I later found out it was just a milkshake. Not a terrible tradeoff so I’m not too mad. Would’ve liked my strawberry frosted lemonade though.“
