Pretty good but still have some critique.
First time I came to this location, they drowned my japchae with sauce when I explicitly marked not to on the POS system. This was the first and thankfully only time this has occured with any Cupbop location I've been to, but should still be something to note as I genuinely felt sick at how much sugar was in it.

I go to cupbop frequently and Will is always so positive and happy to help. Bryan is a hard worker too! Definitely recommend. it’s a plus cause they’re cute too

I usually have the 4 on the spice scale for sweetness and a little bit of spice, but if you want something more chili like, I’d recommend the 7.5.
They always serve with a smile, which is greatly appreciated effort. The food always comes out fast relative to the crowds.
