Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you have a BYU student you get a discount if you have your ID. Plus they gave you some free Mandoo for first time customers and you can order the food as spicy as you would like.
My sister often visited Cupbop in Rexburg and was thrilled when we found one in Provo. The service was fast and efficient, but the workers didn't really look happy to be there--I get it. It was one hour from closing time, and they were probably tired from a long day. But still.
As for the food, it was sub-par. My sister said the servings were smaller. We got the Rock, Kimchi, and Mandoo. The Mandoo had the most flavor, and the Kimchi was a super small portion...

Super convenient to stop by and grab dinner on your way back from campus. Pretty quick and friendly service. Tastes great. There's no indoor seating but a few picnic tables and a covered bar stool section
