“I love this place! The area is super cozy and welcoming. Service was prompt and sweet! The employee had a smile the whole time while helping me. The pricing is great, considering how massive the cookie is! My cookie was absolutely delicious!!! It was thoroughly cooked through, only the barely gooey in the middle, which I love! I am a huge Crumbl fan, and I would say Milk and Cookies is just as good… or even better!!! The cookie was wayyy bigger than expected (almost the size of my whole hand)! I loved every single bite.“

“I went for the first time this week because it’s Wizarding week and wanted the Harry Potter ones. I went in said I had never been there and asked if any of them had peanuts in them. I was told yes, but that they could custom that one so I could still get it which they did and the guy that was working was very cautious to make sure they were safe for me. “I just ordered curbside pick up. I ordered three mini cookies and a 44 ounce dirty soda. The cookies were absolutely phenomenal and the soda was better than swig or so delicious. When the employee brought it out to me to my truck, she apologized for the wait, but I had only been there about a minute or two. It was fast service and friendly service.“

“The snowcones and flavoring were great, but I think the cream was just sweet and condescend milk which I didn’t love. Anything added to the snowcone such as ice cream, cream, coconut, etc. has an up charge on top of the already expensive ($5 for a medium) snowcone. Tropical Sno in Salem has free add ons at a lower price.

However, the snowcones themselves were wonderful. The flavoring was great, there was a lot of flavoring so it wasn’t just ice, and the ice was crushed enough to be soft like snow. I do think I’d come back here, but not something I’d frequent due to price and up charges.“

“Crumbl in Springville always has the best staff who greet you and and are willing to help with any questions. Their cookies look like the pictures most of the time. The strawberry skillet cookie didn't have any strawberries on top and it was just a big blob of the cream in the middle. This was the first time I've ever had an issue with the appearance of a cookie. I will definitely return to this location again. One less than perfect appearance of a cookie won't change my mind about how delicious they are. Hey! Looks are everything 😉“
