Every time it’s been amazing, friendly staff but this time total opposite, a genius decided to put the drive thru line right behind the parking spot making it impossible for us to leave, I’ve been here over 30 minutes trying to leave but the line behind me is endless, there is at least 4 other cars trying to leave too but we can’t move

Today was my very first visit to Dutch Bros Coffee in Provo—and I’m still smiling. As I walked up to the counter, I casually mentioned it was my first time here. Without hesitation, Hyrum, one of the kindest and most genuine souls I’ve met, looked at me with a warm smile and said, “Thank you—and this coffee is on us.”

In that simple, spontaneous moment, I felt something rare—true human connection.
